Im not disagreeing with the fact that food plays a big role, but hormones can play an equally significant role. I eat an anti inflammatory diet, and I’ve had allergy tests done before, and I’m not allergic to anything. I’m still a teenager, so it is completely normal for me to still be getting acne. My doctor has reassured me many times. For other people, I know that getting off of birth control can take a toll on their skin. Please do more research about this before telling me how I should fix my skin. You don’t know me, you don’t know my lifestyle, you don’t know my medical history, so just please don’t give unsolicited advice

❤️❤️Thabk you, I am lactose intolerant so I don’t eat dairy to begin with. I think it may be gluten and my bad sleep schedule that may be triggering my acne. So I’m going to be avoiding gluten and really focusing on anti inflammatory foods (celery, garlic, avocado, oranges etc). But overall, i also have to focus on positivity, I think that your mindset can really help ❤

They’re are plenty of other people who have reviewed their products, I only touch on the way they promote themselves.
