The end cuts off a bit early, so it doesn't really allow for any sense of poignancy, but good AMV generally. I don't care for Vi that much generally, so it's a good sign that I liked it.

Looks amazing and the editing is great. The only note I'd have is that it'd be cool if there was a mini-transition when she puts her hands up to the bit where she looks more menacing (0:43). It could be like a flicker or something and it'd fit really well. Fantastic job, overall, though.
