Kao zli vladar ledenog sjevera,Car Mrazomor je okrutan,bezdušan,nemilosrdan,dijaboličan i čisto zlonamjeran,je mračni gospodar koji zapovjeda strašnu moćnu ledenu vojsku zlih Vještica Ledenica i Ledenjaka.
