Low and slow on a smoker. 24 hr homemade brine. Air dry for 3 hrs. 2 sticks of butter shoved u see the skin. Olive oil and dry rub seasoning. 10-14 hr smoke on 200 degrees. Drizzle another stick of melted butter on top and wrap in foil to rest for 30 mins. Carve and enjoy.

Deep fried for sure!
