Nigel Meredith memorial & charity fund raiser at Yarley. Nige was a long time friend of mine, who will be greatly missed by his family and many other friends in the motocross scene.
Good starts in both motos, but FOFO (fear of falling off) and also risk of re-injury shows in my riding today.

A wrist brace helped keep my hand to arm straight in race 1. Flexion and extension still hurts. 8 weeks since breaking my wrist, also hand and elbow injuries from the other rider’s handlebar brake level collision.
