In this part of the Wisdom Series we find that being able to be compliant and willing to obey is a catalyst to receiving wisdom that comes from above. In this lesson you will learn how to identify this as we go over:
-Two contrast of two biblical characters who were willing to obey and not willing to obey.
-What the Lord expects from our heart posture
-A hidden motive that many cannot see as a form of pride and immaturity.
As a result of learning these we will learn how to nurture our heart to develop that character quality every christian needs to position themselves to receive the wisdom that comes from above!

We are passerby in this life, what God has and desires for you is much more than being stuck in the mundane day to day without Him. Invite Him into your life and watch as He moves on your behalf! This is great brother and you are almost there! Your conclusions here are much closer to the truth, the kingdom of God is in us, it is not some physical kingdom we are longing for. Hebrews 12:18-24 talks about how we are CURRENTLY in the heavenly Jerusalem, in Mount Zion, a mountain that cannot be touched. The only gripe I have is your idea that we are pilgrims here on earth, that this isn't our true home. But God made earth for us, Adam and Eve were kicked out, they died, not just in a physical sense but also in a spiritual sense as in separated from God. Jesus brought us back to God, we are back in the garden. Ezekiel 47 is a present reality, and it's language is almost identical to Revelation 22. We are in the heavenly Jerusalem right now, there is no future physical manifestation we are waiting for. The kingdom is here now and we are called to expand it until it takes over everything and everybody. Let me know if you have any questions!
