This guy took some liquid and pour it right on the carpet in the lobby of the apartments he is trying to rent. I would have quick him out of there immediately. This is the type of black ghetto behavior that makes some apartments discriminate against blacks. And then they did not have ID to view the apartments. Who in their right mind would show an apartment to people with no ID, risking their life in that manner? That girl should never have entered that apartment alone with those two men.

Check out Arya Peachtree, they have an amazing staff and their property management company's (Perennial) corporate office is within that building so they ensure everything is kept in tip top shape. Maintenance comes out within a few hours of submitting a ticket and their concierges are nice. Sentral West Midtown has nice units with nice amenities as well. Sora Midtown's amenities are top tier though. You could definitely film throughout that entire building.
