I know ,panic attacks are a horrible thing but you re doing your best buddy and that' good 👍, just hold on trying even if the process seems harsh but you will get better over time. You can do it ❤

In every situation, you did what you thought was the best. Doesn't matter if what you did was wrong; you did what you thought was best. So, love yourself. Forgive yourself. Have a healthy ego. 😢 I'm feeling a lot better after I started loving myself and being at peace with myself. I also remain vulnerable and open so that I can give my love and care to those who need it. I don't care if people hurt me. Yes, it hurts, but it doesn't lower my self-worth. To hell with people and what they think or say!

I used to have terrible panic attacks a couple of years ago, so I understand what you're going through. The best thing to do is to lie in bed and make yourself feel better. Be kind to yourself.
IF YOU REALLY WANT TO FIND PEACE FRIEND LEAVE THIS LIFE THAT TIRES YOU AND STAY ALONE IT WILL BE BETTER FIRSTLY FOR YOU AND THEN FOR YOUR CHILD THE CYCLE HAS TO END WITH YOU BE STRONG
