I love the nemesis too!

I platinumed it twice, it has a satisfying gameplay for me personally, some people think it's boring , which means it depends on the type of gamer you are, also it demands tons of patience

From what I heard, the game was going to be so scary that one or some of the game testers (I don't remember exactly) couldn't test the game with headphones on, it was so so creepy

And I heard a rumor suggests that re9 would be sooo much bigger than re7 or re8 and might include the deleted creepy enemies and deleted concepts from re8, if the rumor was true, re9 might be a nightmare of a game

Bases on my experience I think The easiest ones are re2 remake and re7 The most fun in my opinion is re4 remake no question asked
