@lilhuddyhuddyb4893tbh, i rlly dont know since they changed a lot by the update. Tho I feel like you can get the tainted flower, which is used to spawn the skeleton, can be attained by one of the people inside the elite barracks
i can't find taurus on the 4th step. He somehow didn't spawn at the entrance of purple shark.
and i already break the crystals before doing the quest

@CellThePerfectForm did you join the guild? If so then you need to be a journeyman level first in the Elite Knight guild

@@CellThePerfectForm You need to join the guild tho, through talking to Kyle in the elite barracks, then do quests from kyle level up to journeyman level in the Elite Knight Guild. When you talk to Kyle again when you reached journeyman level in the guild, he will notify you about Taurus needing help. That's where Taurus mission is now open and doable
