We could do it in Norway too, it's just as illegal there as it is here. But the difference is they're riding in a large pack. The US has more people willing to join rides, etc. Here in Norway people buy motorbikes just as travel although alot of people do wheelie I don't think we'd have the same amount of people in rides but they definitely do occur some places.
