I only can do it with stim but without I can’t liek more than 100+ attempts? So I was wondering did they nerf it or sum?

You can do it with either, I had toggle crouch on in the recording, but I’ve since switched to hold for crouch

Sorry to hear the lobbies wont even fire, my opinion of quads has gotten a little better since the recording of this video, but I still prefer trios and the revival modes more

@@S3BPlays Im not able to do it with space bar BUT i have been able to kinda do it in multiple tries with scroll wheel down being my jump for secondary

The auto sprint doesn't actually do anything... you don't actually need to run to do a super glide you just have to hit jump and crouch after you mantle

@@IchiroAnimeEdits no it frees me up to JUST focus on timing the jump crouch without having yo worry about pressing forward But about a few months now I finally realized a second reason why i haven't been consistent. My keyboard scan rates or whatever you wanna call it introduces 10ms between space bar and C so I need to get me another keyboard that doesn't have that issue (like the wooting 60) May or may not help, gonna try it and see.

Yeah the timing is super frustrating at first, the nice thing about practicing these is that you mantle all the time in matches, so when I was first learning I just made to always to and do the inputs every time I mantled to just running around the maps

Yeah that’s for sure frustrating, in duos/trios that happens too, but at least 2v3s or 1v2s still feel winnable lol I got some pretty decent quads gameplay since this video came out and was gonna try to make a redemption video but it got so much more out of hand that I couldn’t even bring myself to play more quads to finish it lol

Have you tried binding jump to another key to test? You could also try setting an FPS cap at 30 or 60 to learn in the firing range, then increase it as you get comfortable, I had that tip shared with me since I made the video or I would’ve included it

It’s def a big coin flip most of the time, lucky the last guy was already super weak 😂

I certainly enjoyed having all my friends be able to play at once, I couldn’t imagine trying to solo/duo fill into quads though

I’m for sure going to give quads another go and not just write it off after just one day so hopefully my next session with it changes my mind a bit. My session was only on KC, so I haven’t experienced broken moon yet, so maybe I’ll give that map a wide berth for it to give the mode a fair shot on round two. Glad to hear your experience so far has been positive though! Gives me hope!

@@S3BPlays been trying for months, the auto-run helped a lot in the firing range. not saying getting superglides all the time but frees me up to focus on the timings and finally getting more than 2 lucky ones. thanks a million

I mean the key to consistency is to practice it a whole bunch to get the muscle memory down, I hoped that the slow mo’s that showed what frame/animation part the crouch input needed to be put in would be helpful, if you need to slow it down even further while you are working on consistency you can try lowering your FPS cap if you are on PC, then gradually move it back up as you get consistency, I didn’t cover doing that in the video as that isn’t really an option for console players and I wanted the video to be helpful for both console and PC players to learn what superglides are and how to do them in the first place. Either way I hope this helps and appreciate the feedback!

So how far you have to look down to time the super jump off the zipline varies depending on how far away the zipline is from the wall your mantling, so my initial thoughts is just going there to practice, if you get a friend or two you can do a private match tdm on that spot and you can rinse repeat there as well

maybe try putting jump on mousewheel up it helped me a lot

I think it could probably be a number of things, speed is one for sure, character model if you doing it with someone who isnt wraith, and look sensitivity. I never really noticed hands/no hands when ive seen others do the trick so ill have to look into it more! If i find anything useful in that research ill come back and put it as another reply :)

The spot I’m showing in the video is actually in the firing range, it’s in the very back past the big redeploy tower, if you just head straight from where you enter the range and go back past the shooting range and buildings you can’t miss it. If you want to run around and practice on worlds edge or any other map you have to do it in a private match, sadly I am uncertain how many people are needed to get a private match to fire, hope this helps!

I mean the idea was to showcase ways to reduce the price but it’s gonna vary person to person, I had 8k crafting saved up from not crafting any skins, so it like me get away with only buying 8k worth of coins instead of needing to buy 24k worth to buy the packs at full value, and so that I could help people plan to be in a better position for future events to make them more realistic to complete in case an heirloom they really want comes up :)

I mean besides it possibly being a you issue its also that a new season started meaning ranks got reset so all the good players that easily get masters and pred are in with everyone until they play a few games to get in those higher ranked lobbies.

I have been enjoying this ranked atmosphere myself so far this season, but like @mochi3209 said the player base is all together for the first couple weeks so team/random skill level swings in the lobbies will be weird till people start to get to their normal ranks for their skill levels

I certainly wish hackers got the ban hammer much quicker and there were more consequences for them

Also the sound effects from the blade are so satisfying

Yeah the input bind doesnt matter as long as you are timing the jump input correctly
