This game seems super complicated. How are people meant to figure this stuff out on their own?
Thanks bro! The squirrel totem was what helped me beat the last boss! I'll watch the rest if I get stuck again.
Hi! Just beat the final boss by following your guide. Thanks =)
Congratulations!! I'm glad the video helped!
You could have just made a list instead of repearing yourself repeating yourself repeat the loop repeat the loop repeat the loop. idiotic. DISLIKE +1
Sorry! I'll make a list for you next time :)
How do you lock those item on mobile ? I wanna play theif ... how do i play ? Or just followed the way you'vd recommended ?
Oh wow, sorry I didn't even realise this was on mobile so I'm not sure how to lock items there. If you want to play as the rogue you need to unlock the refuge building. I haven't had the chance to develop a rogue strategy so I can't really help you there, but if you just want to beat the game, I do think using this guide and the necro is easier.
Laik!
Seems you haven’t posted a video in a while. Hope you’re not defeated. Quality of video was awesome, would love to see more content of any kind. You’ve got a knack for this. Don’t give up!!!
Thanks for the encouragement! Not defeated yet, but I became a dad this year so I'm going to struggle to get more than a handful of videos out now!
I had 5 skeletons. The last becomes an archer.
Yes, you're absolutely right! Someone else also pointed out that I actually have 5 skeletons at 15:27, which makes it even more embarassing that I didn't know about it when I made the video. I think you can have 8 skeletons, 2 base, 5 from items (one more item slot with arsenal), and then 1 more with art of control.
@@ANomadInGameLand I ended up beating the game yesterday with your strat, though I changed rocks for rivers since the harpies and goblins were too much of a problem. Thanks a lot. I first tried the game back in 2021 and got stuck in act 3 and just gave up after a while. Now I'm doing a Warrior potions build that seems to be pretty strong, going over loop 70 without issue.
Thumbs down solely on the incessant reiteration of the same concept we already knew 8 bloody times.
😅 Fair enough! How about this other tip I've been working on: summon quality < skeleton lvl < max skeletons?
thanks for the review. just got it on a sale on steam for 0.85£. I agree 8£ is too much for a 1.5 hour game
Thanks for watching! :) can't go wrong for 85p!
TBH. I forgot i own this game and your video randomly popping up after me not touching it for over a year. Thanks to you imma play it again, and will see just how much better ill be after your guides. Thank you!
That's great to hear! Did you manage to beat it yet?
@@ANomadInGameLand I had beaten the first boss before and even tried out the assasin afterwards. But restarted save and managed to beat the first boss again, but alas due to time constraints couldn't get back into it proper. Should do it over the weekend now though.
nice intro to game. You did not mention that 3x3 rocks/mountains will mutate into mountain peak with huge HP boost and harpies. Same don't leave mountains alone - they are giving HP only for each touching mountain/rock. Also village + vampires = huge boost after 3 loops. Everything else is really cool.

@@womple8616 I had to miss it, my bad :)
Thank you! Yeah, you're right, I probably should have mentioned more about the placement and buffs. It is useful info but I don't think it's really something that you need to worry about too much. I wouldn't recommend spawning harpies in Chapter 1 or 4 though.
@@womple8616 Thanks for pointing it out :)
Didn’t understand summon quality first?
😂 Dang, I knew I should have said max skeletons > lvl > quality more times!
This game looks surprisingly fun
Thanks! Just beat the game thanks to your guide. It obviously wasn't as smooth as shown in the video as the final level took me a few tries, but combining Laying Downs One Life with the trait that heals you when skellies die made me almost immortal.
Congratulations! That's awesome and I'm happy to hear that the guide helped! Had I known you were having a tough time with chapter 4, I would have suggested checking out another video of mine ( ruclips.net/video/xaQN_t6Z_Hs/видео.html ) where I play it out in full but I'm glad you got there in the end without it 🙂
@@ANomadInGameLand I'm trying to decide whether it's worth it to keep playing after reaching credits. There isn't any other content I haven't yet discovered is there?
@@drdramatik Eh! It depends how much of a completionist you are. There are some secret bosses, though you probably wouldn't find them without looking for what to do online. But they're really time intensive to find and some of them can be really tough. Aside from that, getting some extra dialogue from beating chapter 4 over and over again. It seemed like busy work to me but you might want to give it a try!

I'm having a blast with this guide. Can you do another video about the different combinations of tiles? I think you mentioned that a 3x3 grid of rock tiles does something bad.
Thank you! Oh boy, that would require me to actually learn what all the combinations are! maybe, let me see if I get the time. 3x3 rocks isn't necessarily bad but I would avoid it complately in chapter 1 and 4. In my chapter 3 run I think I actually go out of my way to spawn harpees.

first game was better, you can controll meatboy and not just run in 1 direction untill you hit a wall also in Forever theres 2 buttons like is this even a game? The game is auto generated everyone has a different game
Yeah I thought so! I know what you mean about the 2 buttons, I think it was a brave design choice, it might have worked but I dunno, just didn't feel right. Very cool that it's a generated game though!
"Footprint" is defined by a top-down 2-D perspective that includes every square where you either have a block or a part passes over. So a 5 block long conveyor where a 2X1 assembly runs along while hanging off to one side has a footprint of 10. When it comes to block count, the 'platform' blocks are free, (they're just an empty box after all), but they do count for footprint. Note that the more efficient solutions, especially for early puzzles, often rely on blocks you don't have the first time you try them. It is also often impossible to optimize all three at once, (e.g. a highly block efficient solution might be slow while the fastest solution may involve parts spilling off all over the place and running up your footprint).
Thanks for explaining! :) that makes sense, I don't think I would have ever figured out what footprint was if you didn't explain it!
Truly a classic. I love this game
I thought it was really fun too. If I had known at the time of recording how old it was, I think I would have appreciated it more!

That's a very fair point! Unfortunately though, the first hour of this game really didn't have very actual gameplay at all. So I feel like I can't really have a proper opinion of it for ghostwire yet. :(
@@ANomadInGameLand i kinda hate how lots of medern games are way too narative driven and tge worst part they try to be more like movies while games could use gameplay to tell stories and immurse the player to tell great stories like in far cry 3 undertale fallout new vegas and other games
@@whateverr64 It's not all modern games, but I do know what you mean! I think the last 3 or 4 games I played, the intro was just 10 minutes of watching a story. I think narrative is really important but you're right, they're trying too much to be movies, and they forget that it's a game first. Maybe it's because video games make more money than movies now? I played a game on the channel the other day call Deliver Us Mars, this is the worst example I've seen. The first hour was something like 40 min of cut scenes and 20 min of walking simulator!
yeah it's cuze companies and studios don't want to take risks so they go to the most easy thing and obv way to attract people especially how they try to attract people who don't care about videogames they forget that their is a lot of people who want challenging games that focus on gameplay and forget that games have great potontial to tell great stories without fallowing movie standards i think the problem is mostly that companies don't have love or care when making their games that's why you see indie games that have better stories while focusing more on gameplay @@ANomadInGameLand

Supporting shady key resellers... Developers all over the world are crying. There are more than enough real key sellers who get their keys from the developers. GMG, Fanatical, Humble Bundle, Gamesplanet for example. Take this video down. Don't support theft.
people are still promoting g2a? lel
i will say that epic is sometimes the cheeper option, but the epic launcher is just god awfull and is less feature complete then steam so even if steam costs more i perfer to have my games on one feature rich platform instead of multiple different shity platforms. and about the cdkeys websites they get thair either thourgh money fraud or through acting like an influancer sending email to ask for a free key so that they can (make videos on thair game to promote it) but instead of doing that they don't even make the vid and just sell the key on a cdkey website were the devs get nothing from it. sorry for the bad english its not my native langague
I have a very unlimited cupon for 100% off on any single player game! Its called piracy!
epic is best cause they gave u aaa game for free sometimes im loyal to epic
UPDATE: Cyberpunk is now on sale at Epic Games. With their 33% off coupon, you can get it for £16.74, making it the cheapest option. It's about £8 or 33% cheaper than steam (£24.99). Cyberpunk Ultimate Edition is on sale at Epic too, where it's cheaper than Steam. Steam - £42.53 vs Epic - £29.17 (around £13 or 30% cheaper)
i would still buy it on Steam no matter what. I only get stuff from EGS when shit is free.
Problem with sites like that is developers aren't getting payed. Its like buying windows for 10 dollars... At that point you might as well just pirate it.
Thanks for the insight! If it was 100% legit though, would you buy a key? I'd like to do some research on how these keys get sourced exactly, maybe even do a video on it! Sorry, I'm copying and pasting this because a lot of the comments seem to mention piracy. I'm not sure I understand the point about piracy, especially if it's a legit key. Piracy will definitely result in devs getting zero but not with keys. Piracy is also definitely illegal, with you being complicit. My understanding is that the vast majority of keys are completely above board. So to me, pirating a game doesn't sound like the same outcome as getting a legit cd key for a product. On top of that, piracy also means a worse product, with things like multi-player or updates likely to be unavailable. I really don't get why a key would be worse than piracy personally.
@@ANomadInGameLand The point is its not a legit key. They mainly use key gens or use stolen cards etc. piracy is bad too but its better than illegitimate purchase. piracy doesnt incur further loss. if one game is cracked or comes without DRM protection, its simply restriction from further profits. however we dont exactly know how refund works whether the company incurs a loss or the platform does. it cannot be just a restriction from profit alone.
likes and likes disabled means you can't take criticisms and you're not worth listening to and/or are insecure about your opinions. i knew right from the get go that this video was worthless. yes steam sales have gotten worse, but as another commenter has already said, lots of key sites are shady and don't support the developers and in many cases are worse than piracy.
It's a shame that you didn't like the video, but l haven't disabled likes/dislikes, so please do feel free to dislike the video if you want. Sorry, I'm copying and pasting this because a lot of the comments seem to mention piracy. I'm not sure I understand the point about piracy, especially if it's a legit key. @@ANomadInGameLand These really good deals that beat any official sale? They are never legit. Because the game was never sold at such a low rate, and the only way you can get the keys, is if you haven't used them, so we are not talking about old school physical copy resales, after the owner beat the game. So, someone got the game, and without ever playing it, sells it. If this sale is much lower than the best sale the game ever got, then the seller will lose money, and such not worth doing, unless: 1) The seller gets the key for free. Usually this happens by the misappropriation of keys sent out to journalists and RUclipsrs for review purposes, and somebody screws up somewhere along the line. 2) They bought the game at a higher price they are selling, but they did so via stolen credit cards. In this case, the game purchase will be charged back, and the game will be removed from the account, but the money the buyer pays to the reseller is untouched by this and is a legit transaction, and since the reseller didn't spend their own money, it's pure profit for them. In this case, everybody gets screwed, aside of the reseller and the CD-key site (since their sale fee is also paid via legit money). The buyer loses the game and the money and the developer actually pays for the transaction (charge back fees will hit them), on top of not getting any actual money for their product. This last part is why devs generally prefer piracy to sites like G2A. They are losing the purchase price anyway, but at least they don't have to pay for the charge back.
CD Keys are acquired through several malpractices and DO NOT support developers. Many developers would rather you pirate their game then use CD distribution sites, because they're not seeing the money either way. At least you aren't giving the money to scammers and fraud artists when you pirate the game. Just a heads up.
Thanks for the insight! What do you mean about malpractices? And does that apply to all cd keys? Sorry, I'm copying and pasting this because a lot of the comments seem to mention piracy. I'm not sure I understand the point about piracy, especially if it's a legit key. Piracy will definitely result in devs getting zero but not with keys. Piracy is also definitely illegal, with you being complicit. My understanding is that the vast majority of keys are completely above board. So to me, pirating a game doesn't sound like the same outcome as getting a legit cd key for a product. On top of that, piracy also means a worse product, with things like multi-player or updates likely to be unavailable. Devs would rather you definitely act criminally to get a worse product rather than run the risk of funding scammers? I don't know, that doesn't quite make sense, at least to me.
@ANomadInGameLand CD Keys are common acquired through stolen credit cards or other forms of money fraud, where the money ends up back in the bank instead of going to the developers. There's a video by Karma called "Where Do Game Key Sites Get Their Keys" that explains the entire situation. I highly recommend you give it a watch, and show it to others as well.
@@ANomadInGameLand The key problem with this though is with retailers like steam themselves. They aren't doing enough to validate cards are legitimate. Seriously, if an account was made in Ukraine, then attempts to use a card from the U.S it should raise some red flags.
@@nathankrehbiel105 Thanks for sharing! I'll check it out in a sec
@@waddlesticks Fair enough! It's true, if they know it's a problem then it really is their responsibility to have strict systems in place to control the situation.
Saying that steam and epic deals are bad cuz you can buy cd keys at a vaguely lower price is a shit take. Especially considering that sites like G2A are playgrounds for scammers that want to cash out by selling illicitly obtained cd keys. If you don't want to pay the steam price just pirate the damn game (way more ethical than shady cd keys imho).
That's not quite what I'm saying but I do get what you mean if cd keys are only a couple of quid lower, in which you might as well buy direct. So in my list, cyberpunk and rdr2, there's no real point getting a key to save 1 or 2 pounds. 20% off on other titles is not a vaguely lower price though, it's a pretty significant discount. I don't know too much about how cd keys are purchased, and sure, there may be some shady stuff going on. I completely understand if you someone wouldn't want to risk it but I don't it would be fair to discredit the entire market because of it though. I'm not sure I understand your point about piracy, especially if it's a legit key. Piracy will definitely result in devs getting zero but not with keys.
