That is a good question, but I’ve never had any other stainless steel cookware fail and I’ve been using a lot of it for years now in some pretty hot fires.

He followed with threats to staff and got a lifetime ban from coming on set. They also said, he threatened to k1ll or harm Cody several times. I just knew there was something not right about him.

Yes you can do this, and it is way lighter than any of those options and is a trick that has been used by woodsman for centuries and is currently recommended by most experts as an acceptable method. The tip being placed into a branch will not hurt your blade either. The only problem here is the know it all commenter that hasn’t study enough of the old techniques and is stuck in that one way he learned it and can’t wrap his head around any other methods. You may be able to peddle your ignorance as knowledge in other places but not here, history proves you wrong, the experts prove you wrong, and the camp craft books definitely prove you wrong!
