Hey serious question how did these hold up long term?? I keep gettng extensions and they get so matted in the back ...crazy fast ! Ive worn extensions since 16 years old and I have never had such a bad time with extensions as I have the last 4 or so years.

You know what's crazy, I started taking the ring and the symptoms I was having made me a little uncomfortable. I was exhausted had hot flashes and got really depressed. When I expressed it to my doctor she said the ring isn't knows to cause fatigue or hot flashes. Then told me I can stop taking it or get anti depressants. I was really surprised that these were my options. Bc I need birth control to manage serious period pain. We all need more education and videos like this really help.

Did you have your ferritin (stored iron) checked? Even if you are in the normal range, if it is at the low end of the range it can cause hair loss

I’m now sure if this is new information, but you don’t have to refrigerate them. Refrigerating them just makes them have a longer shelf life. Hope this helps somebody ❤️

Have you had a blood test to check your thyroid/hormones? It could be hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid)/polycystic ovarian syndrome (pcos). Both are known to cause hair loss.
