A nice but poorly staged apartment. The balcony is definitely the main selling point. Be nice if you added the selling price.

Why is a piece of fabric casually laid over every bed in this show apartment, and why is every cushion dented at the top? To me these regular features in show houses show a lack of imagination.

I agree. These space are 'conveniently' described has 'Living / Dining' space for the benefit of the developer fitting in more units to the overall building, but charging premium for what you should have had in the first place!. Unfortunately, it's postcodes that are selling, not quality builds or space!.

I do not consider a wall as a kitchen. You can’t stick some cupboards and appliances on a wall and call it a kitchen. Where is adequate prep space to work with. There isn’t any.

Nice apartment, layout, situation and views but completely spoilt by the kitchen and every bathroom having those dreadful black brick tiles. Who thought that was s good idea???? Awful!.
