I like 2016

I also notice two things: 1. It look the vocals were moved forward in the song (1999 version) while the new just flows 2. When they get to the “lucky there's a man to” part (1999), I hear that other vocal that's behind it, which is also what I like.

Just remember that on the FOX channel at the end of each video they make for Family Guy where it says "animation domination" the old "Lucky there's a family guy" form 1999 is there.

Pluses and minuses tbh. I like how the original has that fuzzy quality to it, and a background group of singers but the current one has things like replacing the random dancers with no names to background characters from the show and it's in HD. Really I could take it or leave it, they both get the job done

Personally I like the 1999 - 2010 intro. I say till 2010 because in Season 9 premiere the intro is the current one. I have a few nitpicks about the background could get updated a bit more to not look like its poorly animated. Just the new intro is to choppy. The old one has the characters movements smoothed out more I have seen people make homemade versions of the intro and i'd recommend the old one because the movement is a bit slower so it's easier to memorize. The new one moves to fast.
