I can only do 4k 60fps recording on the PS5 as I don't have the PS4 Pro yet.

This is How to record in 4k 60fps videos.

When you record in 4k on the ps4 you can't record in mp4 format just WebM format.

What I do to get around that is to record the gameplay then upload that video to youtube via the ps5 youtube link
Then I download it in MKV format then convert it to mp4 format using any video converter professional then edit it with pinnacle studio 23.
