This episode has perfect timing as I am being faced with the task/opportunity to step out of my comfort zone. This is a scary thing to do for anyone at any age with anything. These are personal times to show yourself what else you are made of. I agree this is truly the season to step out and go for what is yours. There were countless great points made "What you do not change you are choosing" "Nothing grows inside of your comfort zone". My most favorite you said was "If it won't challenge you it won't change you". I love the new set up it's cool a 70's vibe background wall. Keep doing awesome and having meaningful topics. PS. Going places solo including concerts >>>>>> is the move. lastly it is not always the devil when there is an unfavorable situation. I was just saying the other day to myself about something I am dealing with I am looking at this all wrong so yea count it all joy and keep pushing ❣😄

This was like all the other episodes educational and informative. I wish we were taught about credit and how to manage credit in our homes and at school..some truer words have never been spoken " Being broke is expensive" and "everybody treat you different when you broke". I loved the whole conversation and I feel like anyone watching had something they could take away from the conversation. My condolences to Dayne and again to you Samia and family it is never easy to lose a loved one. Y'all college memories sound like alot of fun and funny lol. Showing up for yourself and whoever is connected to you in them days you want to especially bury your head in the sand is important as that is real mental toughness. This was a great episode. Keep shining and educating people. Side note its always funny to see someone when you mention getting on FB like it is so ancient Lol it is still social media though lol. Peace ❣

It is so important to show up especially when you don't want to and those can turn into some of your most proudest days...distractions can come about but digging into your self discipline helps tremendously. Sitting on content that you put effort into and you know you like then boom that self doubt creeps in and you worry if other people will like it and because you like it so much but unsure of how others will receive it how you would because you love it so much can hinder you from posting but, take a deep breathe say FORGET THAT and post it lol..there is a target audience for just about anything these days..I agree with celebrating all your milestones and not letting others fear be yours. Thank you both for sharing your stories of grief and grieving as well as ways to cope. Grief as y'all both stated is not easy. To grieve is heavy and the process of it is case by case and being able to talk to God, a loved one, a therapist is important because to hold in pain is detrimental to ones health. It is important to have these kind of conversation because it leads to healing eventually. My true condolences to the both of you for your losses. We all want everyone to live beyond infinity years old and we don't know when time is up. It is important to say I LOVE YOU, to cherish and spend time with all that you hold near and dear. I am sure that someone will watch this podcast and walk away with at least of piece of knowing "Hey I am not alone" and that others feel the way you do. Continue to be great and lastly there is never anything wrong about speaking about God and his word. AMEN ♥🙏 You ladies are awesome 🥰
