Say Goodbye by Hiroshi Sato Just a short cover/jam to one of my favourite songs at the moment. Hiroshi Sato (1947-2012) is probably most famous for playing Keyboards for king of 80s Japanese pop music Tatsuro Yamashita, but he also made some killer music himself. This one is off his 1982 album Awakening.

Another unnamed riff that I need to turn into a song I've been seeing posts about how almost all music is influenced or comes from black musicians - jazz, rock, country, etc. It's so true: no matter what genre you pick, you'll be able to trace it back to a black musician. Even something like math rock - the style I'm playing here - with it's extended chords and odd timings, has its roots in jaz...

what pedal did you use if any?
I used an mxr 6 band eq to lower frequencies below 200hz and around 400hz, that accentuates the scooped/plucky sound. And the chorus and reverb are built-in to my amp which is the blackstar ID core 40
