In today’s video we completely dressed put lm7 5.3 with some new parts to support our 1983 t type regal build. Our goal in today’s video was to have our motor in the vehicle and ready to start wiring it up! did you use the downpipe from the ebay kit?
Is that a stock motor
Did you lower your pop off pressure to the 80g springs or keep the stock ones?
Did u change jetting?
How can i remove the water box and let my super jet without water box please answer ❤
are you sure you blew the turbo seals? really just sounds nasty rich drowning in fuel
According to the manufacture of the turbo I acceded the max psi of oil pressure I’m supposed to have so the odds are I did. I also had a ton of oil spraying out of the exhaust.
The fx1 is not a superjet it is its own line inspired from the 550 440 kawasaki's😂 i had a 94 i re did with a 144 pump and 62t 760 b pipe etc etc! I wish never got rid of it. If mine looked like yours it would have stayed stock but it was ruff so i re did it all amd went big. Thing was a rocket
I use “superjet” as an indication that it’s not a Kawasaki.lots of people still give me weird looks when I say fx1.

Your Rn pole vs Sn pole video. You actually have the steering cable mounted on the furthest in location. You wan't it on the furthest out mounting location for quickest steering. Cheers. Turn your comments on . lol

@dirtscooterdiddy317 8.50 a gallon at the pump for vp110. Not cheap but cheaper then buying it in a 5gallon drum. At that point your paying for the container as well
Those aren't Phillips screws. Those are jis screws. They get stripped out because people use Phillips screw drivers and that's not the right driver to use

What’s funny is I also just tore into a 100% stock couch with the 701 and dual 38’s and it also had a 130M and a 120M… was someone drunk in the Yamaha factory lol?
That pipe will detonate your motor. Factory Pipe discontinued that pipe for that reason

Just be aware of the way the turbo is clocked right so gravity does its job and drains the oil in the turbo im also worried about that drain location on your oil pan but excited to see this thing run maybe you can drain into your front cover
It will be running soon! Just doing some wiring and been saving money to get the rest of the parts I need!
What motor mounts did you use
They are from jegs. I can’t remember the name off the top of my head.

the turbo drain fitting in the oil pan looks too low. it should be high above the oil line in the slump of the pan. it should be more closer the the top of the pan closer to the bottom of the block.
I figured this would be the case but I was worried on clearance so I just sent it in a location that I know would clear. I figured it would be fine since the oil will be slightly pressurized going back to the pan. I guess we will find out LOL

How did you like taking out the one throttle spring?
It definitely helps with throttle control and you have more throttle response. If you do this be sure to have a really good throttle cable so you don’t have the throttle stuik on you.
Do you have a part # for this water box? Or a link? I only see ones that say they fit 1996-2020 round nose

The front springs were shot. The passenger side was snapped.
