This movie seemily confirms the Deadite demons aren’t in fact biblical Satanic demons because holy related rituals and prayers don’t work on them. They are either Pagan demons or possibly eldritch abstract forces similar to HP Lovecraft that are beyond comprehension. The Deadites act more like supernatural forces rather than actual entities. Similar to the Curse from the Smile movies. They only take physical form by either possessing host bodies to turn into zombie reanimated corpses or by possessing inanimate objects and also manipulating the environment.

Anyone else think the chanting in this movie is like ASMR?
