Bearded Dragons Eating Superworms
Просмотров 1069 лет назад
Every so often, I pour in about 50 superworms into the girls cage. They were done with all 50 in under 30 minutes. They are literally pigs, and could eat 24/7. Just saying, this is only every 2 weeks.
Aaahh, I love this! Happy family you have! Also theres alot of helpfull advice here. But you seem to be a great owner that really love your beardies!🦎🌿🥰
Stop it! You treat me like crap!
what times do yhou have to turn the incubator off? or do you leave it on? untill they hatch?
Mealworms are fine a long as the aren’t super big! Smaller ones are better, but, still.
Great video! 😁
Isn't 2 in the same space let allow 3 is bad... why haven't they killed each other yet. They fight like beta fish do.
I want a bearded dragon so bad
I heared you should not put dragon's of the same gender together... But that's just what I know 🤓
Thanks for giving me and my family some information because we are getting a baby bearded dragon
This honestly demonstrates what mostly not to do
they ned more food then that
Pro tip don’t feed bearded dragons mealworms
You should never feed your bearded dragon kale it kills them stop right now also everybody that watches this video you are giving them false info please stop now
what do you do when the beardies once theyve hatched
need help we just saw and have at least 30 eggs tonight no clue
Beautiful beardies! They look very well taken care of :) You definitely shouldn't house them together though, they can scratch and puncture each other by accident. My friends beardie accidentally scratched out her other ones eye before she knew not to keep them together, and unfortunately he lost his eye to infection:(
How hot or cold should the bath be?
More than 20-30 freakin minutes! I take mine out for around 2 hours each day in total
vegetation is only necessary for indigestion and they dont actually need it, but is good to have every couple of days
So many things wrong with this video.
Literally the cutest thing ever.
your supposed to feed them 10 - 15 crickets

Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got cool results with it.
very informative video. i just have to say that the uvb shouldnt really be turned off in the evening, just keep them on until lights out.
Mealworms don't need calcuim
Darien Johnson ok first off mealworms aren't very nutritious. Second if you do feed it it needs calcium. The only insect that doesn't need to be covered in calcium is black soldier fly larvae
Hi, for everyone saying they can't eat mealworms that is actually incorrect and a HUGE misconception when it comes to a beardies diet. they can eat mealworms. I'm a vet student and work at petsmart, (also have my own dragon) however they should not be fed mealworms everyday and should not be the main source of food. crickets or roaches should be the main LIVE food they eat and it should be as many crickets as your beardie can eat in 15 minutes. when they are a juvenile dragon insects should be their main diet. with veggies and fruit, once they are full grown they typically eat more fruits and veggies. also they should not all be kept in one cage and should be fed separately to make sure one beardie isn't getting all the food like in this video. mealworms are fine but not as a daily meal, they should only eat 3-4 at a time.
Hey mate, bearded dragon owner from Australia here. Just want to give you a few tips... Firstly, get rid of the sand it's not good for them, it can cause gut impaction, it gets dirty really quickly and absorbs moisture like crazy. Astroturf or something similar would be a good substitute but also be aware that where bearded dragons live in the wild isn't just sand, there's also soil, logs, rocks, leaves, twigs and scrub where the eastern & pygmy dragons live. They don't just live in arid sandy wastelands - unless they're the central bearded dragon. My dragon lives in a 2.2 cubic metre outdoor enclosure (7.7 cubic feet or 575 gallon), I bought a large guinea pig hutch and converted it, swapped some wood panels out with fine wire mesh so he gets fresh air and natural light, there's an enclosed shaded area and a small log for him to cool down in, some driftwood from the pet store, a couple of flat rocks to bask on and a shallow water container for him drink out of/soak in (cleaned daily of course) so he automatically thermo-regulates himself and has plenty of room to scoot around, burrow, dig and climb. During the bullshite searing hot summer days he only gets morning sunlight then he's kept in the shade until later in the afternoon after the sun is low enough so he doesn't get cooked, we don't get snow where I am just frost in winter but his enclosure has wheels so I bring him inside during winter nights to keep him warm enough and his substrate is organic basic bark mulch with a little soil mixed in. It doesn't stick to him and he can't ingest it but it's good rougheage for helping him shed his skin. He mostly eats crickets or wood roaches (woodies) every other day the rest of the time he gets a varying mix of carrots, strawberries, blueberries, dandelions, a spinach leaf or 2 sometimes, broccoli, banana occasionally, bok choy, green beans and some hard boiled egg. I add a PINCH of calcium & vitamin powder every other day for good measure. DO NOT FEED MEALWORMS. Also, your tank is faaaar too small even for one dragon, 4ft x 2ft minimum is what you need for 1 dragon. They can co-habitate if they're a breeding pair or possibly if they're kept like that as babies into adulthood, but generally not a good idea keeping them in the one enclosure. You do need to feed yours more and separately to make sure they get an equal feed, they look too skinny here. But you're on the right track and have the right idea just a few changes need to be made.
thy also eat crikets
Wait y do u freeze the eggs
They freeze the infertile eggs for anyother reptiles they have that eat eggs like snakes
@Samantha Smith is that a scam link?.... and also @aero I think yeah, too feed them to other reptiles/animals who eat eggs or to keep them from smelling bad?....
Why are u pushing it in the water
Around 3:04, I think that bearded dragon needs to be held more proparaly and you need to develop a better connection. Also to much calcium in the bowl, it's a waste. Bath them in a tub so it's easier for them to get used to it, 1/2 inch to 1 inch or up to the shoulders of water. Just trying to help!
Please take your bearded dragons out of that cage its suitable for one beard not 4. Also tile is actually very good for beard dragons
Love it 😍
YOU CANT KEEP SAND FOR ANY BEARDED DRAGON!!! EVEN IF ITS AN ADULT . IT CAN RIP THEIR INSIDES AND THERE SKIN. ITS ALSO VERY UNHEALTHY IF THEY SWALLOW IT TOO CAUSE THAT CAN AlSO RIP UP THERE INSIDES
yes I have had a female for about a year and ahalf and all of a sudden over the last month or so she has gotten VERY aggressive during feeding time. She has actually bitten me several time.... really bitten!!! draw blood type!... any suggestions on what is taking place.?
I know that this isnt my buisness but please please PLEASE take out the sand. I know that it is for adults but they could still injust it and get terribly sick. it is NOT good for them. A good thing is some sort of rubber tile or astro turf is great too, but please take out the sand, coming from one beardie owner to another.
AWWWWWWWWWWWW🦎🦎
Where did u find the music
Immediately not wanting too watch because meal worms are super bad for beardies
Will my baby beardie grow this big?
I would put like 10 meal worms in if I had a bearded dragon

Rename the title "how to kill your bearded dragon"
My bearded dragon died because of my dad he turned the lamp off most of the time.
so i have a problem my baby beardie only eats live or hand fed. he will not eat vegies dried or fresh. or more than 5 solder worms hes small but is getting thin and im worried for him. i dont want him to die as im already atached what can i do to make him eat better, or just out of a food dish?
*it*
Even sand for adults is bad! I could get on their food and make them impacted and mealworms can make them constipated and they are very hard to digest!!
That tank is way to small let alone for one you should get a 200 or300 gallon for four of them. Mine lives in a 200 gallon
So cute
I just bought one. I wanted 2 but under the advice from stores and other forums, they say 1 per household is safe. So do they fight?
too much calcium
Thank you sooooo much for the helpful information for my dragon
2:14 lol
