Them narcs and their flying monkeys are quite literally deadly. I should write a book, I'd make $$, but helping others by giving them drama to read helps symbiotically.You read it here first! Hi Dessa, I do see one like so far. I understand the carb addition and the cravings are real! But when I get into a state of ketosis or eat enough of the right kinds of protein, I notice that the cravings go away. For example, it was pretty recently when I started eating fish, that for the first time in my ENTIRE life (that I could remember anyway), I didn't want a dessert after the meal (not even chocolate!). That was a real aha for me. I'm experimenting still with the protein, but the smell of meat and also texture in my mouth, certainly seems to be a learned preference.

Funny you say that. I was at Natural Grocer earlier this week and my eye caught a trace mineral supplement - it was half off! - so of course I got it. Was in a hurry and didn't even think of muscle testing at the time, but I will do now. Thanks again.

That's interesting that you noticed that, Michelle. I appreciate you sharing because I thought it was just me. I had a bad headache Saturday AND Sunday. It was NOT the same kind of headache that I used to get (which has not come back since my first session with MicheleAnne), but it was more like a barometric pressure-type headache and it definitely limited my energy and enthusiasm!

It really helps to focus what you’re *releasing* during eclipses, in order to make way for what you’re manifesting. For example releasing doubt, fear, and blockages. 🙌🏼✨

Perhaps I'll make a video about it! It's a reference to the 5 line as part of your profile. The 5 line is seen as a General in time of trouble by others, and when the "trouble" is resolved, there is no longer a "need" for the General. If the General sticks around, then it creates familiarity, which can breed contempt, mainly because the General energy is no longer needed/wanted. After getting laid off a couple of times, I realized that this was part of what was happening FOR me, not TO me. People who carry this energy - and follow their Strategy and Authority - will find themselves at the right place, at the right time. The contrast to this might look like "staying around" because it feels "more secure", only to find out later, that you were not really wanted, and thus, there is contempt for you (perhaps behind your back).
