My Google nor the RUclips is listed in the list of apps runing in the background and I do not see how to bring it into the list and turn it on (if it is off).....But it has something to do with the latest update of Windows, because not long time ago(few days ) it worked just fine...A ny idea of what is going on and how to fix it(I want the you tube playing,while I am working on other stuf)

Appears that Edge must also be closed then opened again, after the setting is changed to have it take effect. At least that's what I had to do.

If this didnt fix the problem restart you computer...should work. Had this issue with edge and the xbox app and I remembered i had this off then I restarted and when i turned it on after it restarted it didnt change anything...restart after doing this
