B2B Marketing, Cold Emails not getting Response , Watch This and get 30-40% Response
Salesy cold emails often fail, with response rates as low as 1%-2%, according to HubSpot, because they focus on hard selling rather than building connections. In contrast, conversational emails, supported by marketing’s thought leadership, can achieve response rates of 15%-20%, as per Woodpecker’s research, by being personalized, empathetic, and value-driven. Marketing establishes trust and credibility through content and thought leadership, while sales micro-personalizes communication to address specific pain points, creating a seamless bridge between brand awareness and engagement. LinkedIn reports that personalized InMails see a 40% higher response rate than generic messages. By aligni...

Insightful
I'm 25 rt now . And tq so much for your advice. Sir . 🙏.
All the best
Many cyclists don't like front suspension. The road expansion cracks filled with black tar are the most irritating hit to feel without shocks.
Thanks for simplifying this for us.. very valuable video
How to contact you sir
Thank you for sharing this 🎉
Helpful for me. Thanks for sharing.
Call it serendipity or a strange fluke that I came across your video. I turned 50 last week and the same week my role was made redundant. Your video is so timely and meaningful for me. I am looking forward to make my "second act " meaningful and adventurous .
Good luck my dear stranger. Waqt badlega.
Great! Hope you have a great journey
inspiring! and I subscribed. Your thoughts are resonating
Thanks

I find your video positive and inspiring. It's easy to conflate paying bills with what's next in life beyond 50, specially for those who lose their jobs at 50 and find it hard to find a new one. Some folks only see things from a place of constraint, it's a mindset issue really. It reminds me of James Allen's "As a man thinketh" written in 1903, proves people tend to think negatively and feel depressed in adverse situations. Thanks for the video.
Yes , mindset is everything .
I know what he did: - jumped in to the river but was rescued - next. Cursed the rescuer and again jumped into another river far 6:54 away - and he was swept in the curreny But was rescued by a monk. This monk became his life guru In his second innings he is happy and enjoys his second career. Rons houses with his monk guru. Learn new skills😅
Sorry buddy , not so useful / helpful . Its not just about english communication, add value to the content . Your 20 minute video can sum up to chase your passion because helping others when your life is in soup will not help you pay your bills .
Agreed with your point.
Help need not be finantial... obviously as you still have bills to pay.
Great post Sanjay .. it took 51 years for me to get to that stage of not giving a f ..
Why 50s, have to b do it right from your 20s 😊
Yes . I got it at 50 :)
Loved the video! Money cushion is my current obstacle towards reinvention. I have started small by working on fleshing out my idea in the mental health space.
Excellent
Keep cycling..Cycling 🚴♂️ is awesome.
A family member aged 75 just had her first try at cycling. She's got serious back issues and now uses a walking stick so she tried a semi-recumbent tricycle which she enjoyed.
the bike is top ten greatest inventions of all time.
More of this stuff please
Sure will share
Thanks sir
Started at age 60 and now 66, love being out on my bike! Everyone also asked me why I was taking such a risk of injury at my age and I always tell them I use extreme caution and besides it’s worth it vs becoming old and sedentary! Helps with balance issues and so many problems of older age and you get the benefit of a new mode of transportation. I’ve been a runner on/off throughout my life and this is WAY more fun and the cycling community is full of fun and happy people out pursuing their passion for riding….plan to ride as long as I can!
I found you at the right time as I started feeling a little low in my own setup (my 30s have just begun), this was refreshing and motivating. I had quit my job and been a consultant for 2 years, It has been quite a roller coaster and I did this for the same two things freedom and time for myself & my family. All the factors you shared are all on point, it may seem glamorous but there are times you find yourself lonely, and stressed too so be prepared for all that. This video is great, all the factors that you have mentioned are really important, and I can relate to all of them.
Glad this helped
Very well explained Sir, It gave me a lot of insight and confidence.
Glad to hear that
I am 25 year guy who is earning 40k per month and I am a painting artist so after engineering I got job and then from 2020 I wanted to earn money that give me freedom for earning money purchase one laptop from savings in 2022 then switch job and doing hybrid work till now in between them I also purchase one ipad for digital drawing and then last year did graphic design, video editing courses then this year started side hustle by doing part time job with my regular job. But these agency guys pay me only 5k. Now my friends in company switching their job and earning money more than me and I am doing two jobs but earns less money. what suggestions you have to me. Should I changed my engineering job to earn money or I should switch freelancing job
I will not say what you should do because each life situation is different and you are the best judge . But one of the things I would not do is compare because I believe each journey is different. I would focus on my journey and what brings me happiness.
Cheers to 'pivot' and 'contributor mindset'
Sanjay you summed up so much in a 10 minute video. I hope God blesses you with the best in the second act.
Great decision! I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it. I'm in my 30s and considering the same move, but I'm still a bit unsure.
Thanks for sharing your journey into the Second Act. Look forwad to you sharing the journey ahead.
Wow! You did it too early
Can you please help me, I'm in delimma from so many months and because of this i cannot figure out what to do. Should I do CA and MBA and join corporate and after 7-8 years of experience I'll dive into my startups and business or should I choose govt. Banking job career basically for stability in future.
Get standard safe job and get bored all ur life...
Will share in one of my future videos.
Thanks bro , for sharing your life experience... enjoy life 😊😊
Excellent video.
Quite an interesting journey it is. It needs real courage to avoid friend & family’s point of view, quit job and chase own dreams. Please share your strategies and especially how much fund you had back then to think of freedom.
Yes will share the entire journey.
Will do that
Thanks for sharing. I am a bit confused, did you just turn 50 and quit or did you quit a while ago and sharing it now?
It’s been 9 years since I began taking steps moving out .. I am now 59 .
Prime example: Apple
pure inspiration. thank you for sharing
I startet with 67…
If you're over 40 and not cycling regularly you're doing your self a big disservice. It can be fun, helps control blood pressure, blood sugar, tones your body, boosts your mood, not as stressful as running and you can make friends who share similar hobbies. Soon you will find yourself needing less medication. The cost of cycling equipment actually pays for itself in the long run. I lost 15 lbs through cycling.
Started back at 65 now 67 having not rode for 45 years what made it happen was being told I was type 2 diabetic! I bought a bike cut out carbs and just this weekend I did 45 miles of road .The diabetes only lasted 3months as I dealt with it and didn’t need to take tablets ,yes it’s great it’s great for the heart and it’s very addictive 🚴♂️👌🇬🇧
Sir, are you on strava? I would love to follow you. Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪 Cheers
Very encouraging message, made my life engertic. Very emotional, truthful moment
You are a man after my own heart! I rediscovered cycling a few years ago just before I turned 60, and these days you can't keep me off my bike. The feeling of accomplishment is fantastic. I've always told people interested in exercise and health to find something they like doing, and keep doing it. That way it's fun, not an awful grind. Cycling -- even on the smart trainer -- does that for me. Plus, who doesn't like tinkering with their bike. Endless hours of joy! Cheers
The key word is passion, as you pointed out. It is the the nr.1 factor regardless of what it is you do. The enjoyment you get out of doing something inspires you to keep on doing it. Ride and enjoy.
Love it! Beautiful place there. Hello from the UK! Life accelerates at 50. Or 60. Or 70. I hope! Thanks for sharing your videos.
Keep pedalling Brother!!!
Very cool I am 60 and have been on and off bikes since I learned to ride one at 7.Same story always thought to busy. Two years ago I finally bought a mid quality used trail/mountain bike and am looking to upgrade that one. Now semi retired I spend my days off exploring the vast trails in my home provinces of Alberta and British Columbia Canada and have an awesome partner who faithfully follows along 🐕wherever the trails take us. hope to spend more time in coming winters riding in warmer climates. I do plan to spend whatever years I have left riding repairing and trail building. Cheers if you see some old guy on a black and orange TREK with a tan and sometimes a 🐶spotty dog following along do say hello
Someone please explain how anyone STARTS cycling at 50. Parents never bought the kid a bike?
Thanks for sharing, my experiences is very similar to yours (also down to the almost meditative experience), such a freedom. I started cycling again at age 53 after a pause of about 16 years. I could not be happier! Today I cycled to my work and back, almost 50km that keeps me going and it beats being stuck in traffic or being packed in a subway train!
