The gorusei did not know luffy was in posession of the Nika fruit until one of the God Knights presumebly shanks, who had a conference with them and told them about a certain pirate. After that conversational exchange is when they starting bringing up the topic of rare mythical devil fruits. This will deffinitly be elaborated later on.

They should have shown former president and teacher watching all of it, that should have made the episode more interesting

A bit late but the reason why people didn't go after Luffy from the start is pretty simple: The World Government never manage to keep the fruit. If they kill Luffy, the fruit is just gonna respawn and chances are the government won't manage to keep it. They'll lose it once again. They could imprison Luffy but people chosen by this fruit are unlikely to let themselves be captured. They'd most likely die and we go back to issue number 1. Sure if this was their only solution, I'm sure they do it, and I'm sure that for a while, at the start of those 800 years, they probably chased the users of that fruit really hard. But with time, when they realised that 1) they could never keep their hands on the fruit and 2) No user of the fruit could ever awaken it, they probably stopped treating it as a priority and chasing its users immediately. So at the start, Luffy was just a normal user of the fruit. Someone a bit special sure, but if the fruit does choose its user, then so were probably the previous users. And none of them could ever awaken it. They only started getting scared when Luffy survived way too long against Kaido. That's a level where they're terrified he might achieve awakening. And see what they did? They caused his awakening by trying to prevent it. This kind of bullshit is probably why they tried to avoid getting involved at first xD

Hate when people who make react video's do what these guys do, block out the whole video of the actual show. I get it's to avoid copyRight, but there are literally hundreds of ways to avoid that and still have the video be watchable. Another failure of a react channel

Since she is one of the 2 most visible guards to the Princess, and no one knows the true identity of Fitz (as far as everyone else is concerned, Fitz just appeared one day as a guard to the Princess), and there have been multiple assassination attempts on the Princess (the anime only showed one). Therefore, the Princess doesn't want people to find out who Fitz really is as security. Rudeus felt more than just Sylphie's back.... heh heh

The 2 names that Nanahoshi showed Rudeus are the names of her friends from our world, so she's looking for them because she believes that they were also transported to this world like her. Also, her Japanese name "Nanahoshi Shizuka" translates to "Silent Seven Stars" in this world, which is why they call her that.

Rudeus actually blasted Badigadi in half in addition to blowing off a couple of his arms... lol

We (the audience) know that Rudeus would maintain her secret(s), but Sylphie hasn't seen him since they were 7 years old and it's been 8-9 years later. So she doesn't know whether he's changed or not and whether he would even remember her. Plus, when she first sees Rudeus at the school, it was when they dueled and he walked into that room with this gorgeous elf female next to him. Imagine seeing your crush walk into a room with someone that attractive and obviously outgoing -- that would probably shatter your confidence. 😂

Small correction to the TK thing regarding the Psycho Pass OP Abnormalize. TK himself did the First Death seperate from his band, the same as his other songs Unravel and Katharsis which were for Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul RE Second Season respectively. Abnormalize was done by Ling Tosite Sigure which is the band he is part of, which is why for Abnormalize there's a second vocalist who goes by 345.
