Yes, it is. While blood meal contains 85% protein, it is important to understand that this is for the dried form, not the fresh blood meal.

@@famerlio the pattern I use is , I will give them the blood meal first after boiling and then I will follow it up with commercial feed. Is it okay like that mind you I don't have means of drying
