Hey There! My bad, here you go! *Disclaimer: I rarely measure my foods, I eyeball them so, unfortunately, I wouldn't have the measurements but I got you on the ingredients. Ingredients: Butter Oil (of your choice) Heavy Whipping Cream Ground Beef Italian Sausage Spinach Sweet Peppers (or Bell Peppers) Dark Brown Sugar Garlic Powder Onion Powder Black Pepper Salt Complete Seasoning Curry Powder Maggie Seasoning Cube Dark Soy Sauce (or Light) Fresh Thyme (or dried as a substitute) Fresh Parsley Bread Crumbs Shredded cheese (optional) Instructions: 1. Mix ground beef and Italian sausage into a big bowl. 2. Add your choice of colorful sweet peppers, bread crumbs, fresh chopped parsley, fresh thyme, dark brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, shredded cheese, black pepper, complete seasoning, dark soy sauce (or light), and curry powder into the big bowl where the ground beef and Italian sausage is. 3. To a wide fry pan add butter and oil. Stovetop temp, medium heat. 4. Add fresh thyme to the now-melted butter and oil in the pan. 5. Shape ground beef into ball shapes and place them in the pan one by one. 6. Once cooked and golden colored, transfer meatballs to a separate plate to sit. 7. To the same frying pan with the oils from the meatballs, pour heavy whipping cream into the pan. 8. Add salt and spinach and allow heavy whipping cream to properly cook for about 5 mins. This is your alfredo sauce :) 9. Transfer the cooked meatballs back into the pan with the alfredo sauce. 10. Walah! Bon Appetit!

That’s great you’re going there in September! The only thing is there isn’t a name for the airbnb hotel. It is next to BayHouse. That’s the easiest and most accurate way I can say. BayHouse is a known rental hotel and it’s all white. The airbnb I stayed is very close by it. The hotel rental place I stayed in is dark blue and white and it’s located in Grand Anse right above the Grand Anse post office. The lady’s name on airbnb is Gabriela. Type in “grand anse” for the location in Grenada and look for the “host” with a name “Gabriela”. She is a local Grenadian, her picture will be on there. I wish there was more info I could give but I hope it helps and you’re able to find the Airbnb from the descriptions I gave. The airbnb is a hot spot so it’s still on airbnb. You should be able to find it.

Hey, unfortunately they do not have a name for the airbnb. They are located next to “BayHouse” hotel. And the building is dark blue and white. Located on the top of the hill right above the grand Anse post office in st Georges Parrish. If you want the exact address you will have to book with the “host” through Airbnb. This is what I did

Unfortunately the place doesn’t have a name. I would suggest just typing in grand Anse in airbnb and look for a Airbnb’s with a dark blue color. If the host name is gabriella that’s the one

Ahh, that’s great to know. I was curious if it was edible or not. But it is! That’s good nothing goes to waste. I’ll get me a tiny grater to grate it ❤

Side note: I’ve only ever used it dried (not fresh off the nutmeg like the pieces you have). When it’s dried it turns into a peach color. I’m pretty sure you can flatten it out and let it try out in the counter for a few days and it will be ready.
