Does BG44k have PEA in it? If so what percentage? Its not listed on the MSDS that i seen.

Well, I have been told that oil additives are not good and do not use. My dealer offered this product to me today and I told him no. He then mentioned the $4,000.00 of engine coverage so I spent the few dollars to add it. I sure hope you are around long enough and you do what you say if I have engine trouble in my Cadillac.

I bought a can of BG44k from my dealership, but the manufacture date is listed as 07/17/2023, which is 18 months ago. Is this product still good? How long past this date is the expiration date?

The real test is Redline Complete Fuel system cleaner and the STP Ultra 5-in-1 with the specific UPS codes that have piles of PEA. Redline and BG 44k Platinum are the two best by far. You can buy two bottles of Redline for the price of one bottle of 44k. Redline has more PEA by a decent amount.

My car is 2011 model and never this kind of cleaner and I don't have issues with my car. Do you recommend using this product in my situation???

Is this fuel system cleaner applicable to diesels as well? I have a 33 year old Mercedes diesel i'm trying to extend it's life.

I do my own oil Changes @ 5000k, I use MOA every oil change & EPR every 4th oil change. This stuff works, I had to change Spark plug tube seals on my Jeep 3.6L Pentastar engine and when I removed the valve cover, it was clean metal inside. There was no varnish or sludge.

Unfortunately we use Valvoline where I work, I personally never liked any of their products or oils. I’m big on Liqui Moly, except use the Jectron for fuel Additive. This Gasoline System Cleaner I like, but felt for its size didn’t quite do as great as I expected. Which after this test I still vouch for LM. Other than that I have known BG will always be a top dog! But just out of curiosity will it be too much to see if there can be a Jectron comparison video?

Low tension rings in all manufacturing today will have fuel dilution in your oil

44k is great stuff. Definitely would like to see the same test compared to Redline (which is probably the 2nd best stuff out there).

Do that test with Techron and Redline SI1, dont pick a weak example.
