Hydraulic Aluminum Can Baler
I built this machine out of old parts that I had on hand so there was little money or time invested in it. I have a lot of cans to bale and this machine make short work of them!

What did it cost to build your balers
Can you send me the specs on this? I want to build one just like it. What size bales does it make?
buy a wood splitter. then add a steel box
U should make that for customers I’d buy it in a heartbeat
Do you have a parts list you used to build it iv been looking to build one with a much larger hopper to hold a full truck load of cans at a time I pick up can on the weekends and trying to crush a truckload after work each week is killing me
If i am using a Moter , how much horsepower should moter have?. 🙃
looks like about a 6 x 6 x 15 inch bale roughly. al density about .1 lbs per in3, so maxiumum density would be a little over 50 lbs. 22 lbs pretty good!
Who cares if you did drink all that. Not like it was from last night
How can I order one of this machines.
Do you build them for sale if you do what the price and location please
that is very sexy.
We do NOT believe that you did not drink it all !
Nice 👍
Good beer A
That is awesome. Nicely done and thank you for sharing the video and subjecting yourself to the hate of strangers that always know better. The comment section is ridiculous to this. You say you built it yourself with spare parts but obviously people were to busy writing their bs to even watch the video. Sorry for the tangent, thanks again.
Ok
I’ll purchase one if you had it already Built
why are these so satisfying
4:38 it actually makes a pooping noise
Lmaooooo
How many cans was it
Each Bale weighs about 23 lbs
This is cool
I need one of those
That's' awesome!!! How many cans in one bale? With a custom attachment you probably can split wood too.
Michael I have a customer that wants me to build this machine. Could you please contact me for details. Thank you sir. 419-574-1792 MCW Certified Welding Ltd.
Can I call you sometime tomorrow?
@@michaelbrevoort1888 Yes Sir
Mike I lost your number and was not able to call you back. I am sorry to bother could you please call me back. Customer just gave us the green light to build. 419-574-1792
Now that has got to be the best DYI can crusher I have ever seen!
What is DYI?
Do It Yourself
DUDe, you're an ALCOHOLIC! lol
DUDe, you can't read!
I have been looking for a crusher like this can I please have more information about this
would you like to sale it ????
I will keep you in mind if we ever sell the golf course. Right now we need it.
You have a least 2,000 dollars on this can crusher ! current price of 1 lbs. aluminum can is .46 2,000/.46=4,347.8 LBS can to pay for itself !
You don't know that, he could have virtually built it for free with salvaged parts.
@ Yes, You are a legend to your own mind !
I actually only spent $250 and time on this. I had all the other parts left over from 40 plus years of farming and a golf course. So lots of stuff to make things.
Thanks, I have been building things since I was 10 years old. Growing up on a dairy farm will teach you a lot.
This machine is amazIng, i will love make one for myself, can you share the plans if u had them? thank u
Bardzo fajna zgniatarka 😊
It's a badass coin pusher
Why wasn't the crushing plate flat?
It makes the bale hold together.
Over kill, you will never get break even, you will more electricity than the cancer worth.
what the fuck?
We own a public golf course. We get a bale of cans (23#) every other day, and another thing we are not allowed to throw that that many cans in the trash. So far we have baled about 6000 lbs of cans. I did not spend a lot of time or money on this machine.
I like the sound of crushing cans.
4:39 IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS GIVING BIRTH. LOL
Thanks for sharing this. I'm trying to figure out a way to manage all of the cans I end up with and this would really do the trick. I see a few others asked for plans...I would love them as well. I have a MIG welder and a nice saw... Pretty sure I could make something work. I have no knowledge on hydraulics, especially two stage, other than my snow plow. I saw another video with over 8 million views: ruclips.net/video/1WqrLAE7VZw/видео.html Yours deserves at least that many. Thanks again!
How long are the fingers and size around my friend and are building one any info you could share would be great thank you
plans please
I built this without plans, but I will do my best to put something together for you. Thanks.
no thank you
Hey I would like plans too/thanks
I would like the plans to ....
nice machine , i am really interested to do one for my self , can you share the details..
I built this without plans, but I will do my best to put something together for you. Thanks
I like sound from maximum pressure and pump (psssss)
What are the measurements and the list of things it'll need to operate?
very nice I would love this for myself, if you think about making another. How much would you sell it for? I'm very interested in one.
Oh yes, it has 10 tons of force.
Do you still use this?
@@albertthedogeinstein7983 Every day.
@@michaelbrevoort1888 what is the cost to build the same machine?
Is possible crush steel can?
Yes, It will crush any thing you can put in it.
Michael Brevoort what would u charge to build one within reason?
Hey! Nice machine! Its powered by electricity or what? do you have maybe blueprints or anything like that? if so let me know you email please
Very nice design and setup. Any plans to build any other hydraulic machines/balers?
Thank you for your interest. I built this one to recycle cans from my business. I haven't really thought about building them to sell, but I do have a open mind.
I would like to bye one of your ever up for selling them.
