You don't have to remove the cyclone if you're careful not to trigger the button

I have now achieved the pinnacle of human achievement. I have repaired my own Dyson Animal V11 cordless vacuum with an upgraded battery and a more sturdy trigger. On “Boost” mode, it grabs the floor so hard that I feel I could quite possibly hang upside down with it from the ceiling (but I won’t actually try it, mostly out of fear that my ceiling would crumble down on top of me). Score one for the little guy who refuses to give in to planned obsolescence! I am the warranty!

Brush not spinning

On mine, the side of the power wires and the plastic cover (with rubber 'grommets' makes it very difficult to pull those out and get back into place. The crimped connecors are wrapped in a very thick heat-shrink tubing. Need to be very cautious when pulling as the tiny red/black wire is very thin.

Cyclon now wont fit flush onto the motor trigger component @ 4:10 🤦🏽‍♂️. Whats going on ?

Why would you NEED to replace this inner filter? Is there some update? Some revised filter design?

Not going very well. 6 screws out & #7 seems to be stripped. I’ve tried latex glove on screwdriver foil not sure what else to try. Super frustrating!

Instead of the cheesy music, maybe provide actual directions?

Why cant I get the inner filter off the handle? I removed 2 screws and can not slide it off. Any ideas?

Purchased your trigger, before removing white cap at 0:50 I tested the trigger with accu and filter - worked fine. So cleaning everything intensely and re-screwing everything worked fine. Keep your trigger for the next problem :)

Can you show how to replace the cord for the hs05 model? Also do you have links on where to order the replacement/ comparable parts?
