Still not a fully playable Sephiroth mod. I'm surprised we didn't get the mod after all these years.

I'm playing this for the first time and just did this level. I think I got lucky. I did some exploring, found the key card and the door. Then start the generator up and legged it to the door. I could hear the bloater as I was opening, but never saw it. Didn't even know there was meant to be one before that point.
