What is the Norges Option?
First, what is the Norges Bank? The Norges Bank is Norway's central Bank. It manages the Government Pension Fund of Norway, the world's largest sovereign wealth fund, and the Bank's foreign exchange reserves. This leaders were appointed by Norway's government and, therefore, controlled by it. The US could create a similar bank, but its assets would come from a different source. The first place the government could look at is which stocks in every Bank are owned by other banks; declare that a cartel and, instead of an antitrust lawsuit, seize all those inter-bank stocks and place them in a Norges-style account. Can that be done? Yes. Should that be done? Probably not, but we should not take anything off of the table. So this channel is dedicated to why, the historical reasoning, and "what if" is behind such a radical populist move.

If I could change one thing about people to make the world a better place, like a genie wish situation, I would wish that everyone on Earth was interested in History. I feel like so many of the other problems we face would evaporate with that one change. Amazing video, and even if it's not getting the recognition it deserves right now, never forget the public in any present moment is often a fickle, easily distracted, thing. Thanks so much. I'm not really promoting my channel yet; I'm just attempting to set a framework for progressives that avoids certain pitfalls. Sex is a huge issue that most media sets itself up as being pro or anti, and that is a really dangerous place to be in. If everyone has to rally behind the actions of everyone in one group or not, and there are a few people they can not rally around, then the easiest choice is to be anti.
