I don't understand how oo's get into a carrier with lease or payments, paying fuel and maintenance and any other expenses and think they will get paid enough to justify the headache. OO or lease would have to make 2 times as much as a company driver for it to be worth the hassle. And they should stop talking about gross, net pay is what a driver wants to know about.
