EVERYTHING IS CONJECTURE. EXCEPT THE WORDS...
The Sonneteer is a play on power, passion and possession featuring the sonnets of William Shakespeare. It premiered at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2014, which happened to be the 450th anniversary year of Shakespeare's birth. This was a coincidence.
Now, to mark the 400th anniversary of his death, we're posting a sonnet each day, and at the end of each week, Sebastian will introduce one in an ongoing video blog and podcast.

Saturday's Sonnet – Episode 25: And Saved My Life
In the twenty-fifth and last Episode of his podcast and video blog, Sebastian Michael meets the love in Shakespeare's life who mostly gets forgotten about: his wife, Anne Hathaway, whom Sonnet 145 - unique in its octosyllabic simplicity - is most likely addressed to.
Sebastian is the writer of The Sonneteer, a play 'on passion, power and possession', which features some of these sonnets and looks at the relationship between Shakespeare and the 'Fair Youth' to whom he addressed the first 126 of them.
