Nah you did a terrible job disproving this theory but another I want to point out is that when doing anything scientific, you have to fully mimic the research, and you didn’t.

I'm not sure you've really disproven anything. First of all, supposedly crickets sing different songs for different reasons (ie: mating call, etc.), so your first example may not be comparing apples to apples. Secondly, why did you slow down one of the tracks to 10% and the other to 14%? Not exactly scientific.

It seems you skipped several speeds and several seconds and went straight to the lowest speed and then claimed debunk. You lack comprehension evidence.

Why would you spoil this for everyone!

So, just what have you accomplished by your debunking of this? What do you have to offer that is as uplifting. I feel sorry for you.

There is always people who try to spoil what has been beautifully discovered. Some will never believe will they?

Crickets? That sounded like more than only crickets you recorded. Crickets chirp. And with more deliberate breaks and patterns. Not just a blur of noises from the woods at night. Not saying your discovery doesn't have truth in it, because it was clearly some sort of combination crickets with an instrument of some sort. But, let's hear actual crickets, like outside someone's window or in their garage, and then slow those down. This could get interesting, I think.

Was the original recording recorded on tape? If so, seems like wow and flutter would play a part in the slowed down version. But I’m guessing you didn’t consider that.

Anyone with any sense knows things do not create/organize themselves into complex systems and purpose without an intelligence/mind so the God question is that even in doubt. Is life itself not a miracle? All of GOD’s living creation pours out its praises with every breath it draws. A wise man showed me this trick, plug your ears with your fingers and breathe in and out through your nose and listen. It sounds like “YAHWEH” I believe all of creation IS His chorus. And you HAVE to draw breath before you sing lol.. So when we draw that breath and it sustains the life He has given us, let us at least try and use it to give Him praise in everything we do and say!

For anyone interested, here are the harmonics and their relationship to the fundamental pitch. Fund - A# 1st - E (tritone) 2nd - D# (4th) 3rd - A# (octave) 4th - E (tritone) 5th - A (maj 7th) Musically, I wouldn't at all expect this array of pitches to have a peaceful effect!

FRICTION MALLET. I am making this post in January 2024. The orchestra I play with is accompanying, in performance, its second Harry Potter film, “ Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.” Both this film score and the first call for “rub tam-tam,” or “tam-tam rubbed.” I now understand that the sound call for the next part is to be generated by a friction mallet across the surface of the tam-tam. Just discovering this post this morning and off to our first rehearsal, I plan to try various rubber mallets to see if this produces are desired effect. Hope this is some help to my fellow percussionists up there.

you , like so many other videos i have watched on this all show the same thing , your sitting there , after striking the gong and making such amazing tones/ frequencies , and then sit there perplexed ....... as you should be ......... you have no idea of the leap in tech you are looking / listening to when these gongs sing ..............
