Please explain the reason behind not having sex on the full moon, and the day before?
Hello Amanda, so why we do not have sex during the full moon and day before is because full moon is water element, it is very heavy energy. Also, Swadistana chakra (the second chakra, the sexual chakra) is connected to water energy too. And because it is heavy it is hard to sublime it, it means it is easier to lose the energy during lovemaking and that is what we do not want in Tantra, we build it, keep it, use it, enjoy it but we do not lose it. When you are experienced tantric practitioner it is different story, but for beginers it is not recommneded. When you become advanced tantrika you will enjoy and love to make love during full moon :) Hope that helps :) Let me know if you have more questions
