Hi, I have a quick question about using a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for a PR visa migration NZ. I am Indian citizen worked in Qatar for two years and obtained a PCC in 2022. Since then, I haven't returned to Qatar. I'm wondering if this PCC is still valid for my PR visa application, or if I need to obtain a new one.

Hi, I have a question about the INZ 1178 Form. I’m currently in the Philippines but I already submitted a partnership visa application for me and my partner whos currently in the Philippines. NZ immigration emailed me that the 1178 form needs to be signed by JP and deadlines on Nov-1. I cant go back to NZ just to have it signed right away. My brother’s in Auckland. Can he have it signed by JP while I’m out in NZ? Thanks a lot!
