Hi everybody! Welcome to my channel! My name is Jordan Brill, and I'm from Las Vegas, Nevada. Here on my channel, I hope to entertain you with guitar covers of all sorts of songs and styles, and probably some other music related content in the near future. I'm hoping for getting a video out every week! Sometimes life happens and I won't be able to guarantee a video every week, so If I miss a week, don't hold it against me! Don't Back Down - Mammoth WVH - Guitar Cover
Here is my cover of "Don't Back Down" by Mammoth WVH. Very fun song to play, and performing it on my new EVH SA-126 Special, Wolfgang Van Halen Signature Guitar! Just used this guitar, and a very simple preset on my Fractal Axe-FX II, and it turned out great! This guitar really sounds and plays great! I'm happy to have it in my arsenal! This all started when I got my EVH Frankie, and my dad had so much fun playing it, he wanted to hot-rod one of his guitars to this style! I'll use the Sustainiac for the effect, but I otherwise don't use neck pickups much, and that is basically a single coil on steroids.

I’ve been using a lower end wireless similar to this from a company called Westshell that cost 40 bucks on Amazon. A slight tone drop so I don’t use it to record but I’ve been using it live for a few years now without ever having an issue. Charges in about an hour and a half and has never failed to last a full 4 hour show.
Glad you've been having good luck with one. I've never heard of that brand, but probably some cheap rebranding thing on Amazon. I'll admit, I'm impressed with this little thing, especially for the price! I stopped by my dad's yesterday, when I walked in the house, he was using his one of these cheap wireless, and even he was like "this is great, I never thought of having a wireless for this, but this is great, it's a perfect solution for when I'm playing this amp and don't want to get stuck in a corner cause of the cable". This unit so far has been great, hard to believe they are this cheap, when my Shure wireless I used to gig with was like $500-600! Thanks for watching DJ!

I got one from zzounds it had a nasty scratch on the bridge. I looked at the manufacturing date and the guitar was already 5 years old lol. A 5 year old guitar isn't new so I sent it back. The neck is super smooth but I didn't like the pickups and it was too light and felt cheap and the look of the guitar in person looks cheap. I prefer my schecter diamond series Platinum with emg. Paid $500 now they sell for $735 lol.
To each their own, pickups so far seem fine to me. I'm personally not a fan of EMG pickups. To be fair, has been a long time since I really played a set of EMG pickups. From what I remember, they were awesome for high gain and metal, but sounded plasticy and not very good for clean and other styles. I played in cover bands, I like a lot of different styles and sounds, I seem to like passive pickups better, they were more flexible. As far as the rest of the guitar, I haven't found any scratches or dings yet, and yes the neck is very smooth! I'm looking forward to working on more projects with this guitar!

I've been playing bass for more than thirty years and I can attest to the quality of anything that comes from Ernie Ball. They don't et you down on stage - they don't break. Remember, if you buy a top dollar one, you'll never need to buy another one. If you buy a cheap one you will still get the reliability but not the premium sound. I play a Stirling USA Stealth 5.
Agreed. I have an Ernie Ball Music Man Axis guitar - it was my main guitar - live, rehearsals, practice, recording, everything, for like 12 years! Never had any issues, or hiccups, or anything with the guitar! You get what you pay for, they aren't cheap, but their craftsmanship, quality, comfort, and playability is top notch! I have a couple Sterling models of guitars - and this bass, mostly because hey, they were cheap! And still good guitars, so why not!? They are also good for just misc. jamming, cheap to tinker on, experiment with, or if I just don't need it to be my "main" guitar.

Mine weighs 10 pounds. It’s slightly different with a jatoba fingerboard and ruby red burst satin. Very easy to play.
The fret ends are just unfinished. Typical of budget instruments. I fixed mine quickly. Love the bass.
