Appreciate your videos! On ergogenics, good choice on ones to high light, those are still relevant. AAS are used at supratherapeutic doses, so I agree that we can't really equate side effects from clinical trials or therapeutic use, but must ask patients directly, or read reddit forums and social media to understand trends. Great that you're reviewing this topic here, which isn't generally covered in schools for healthcare professionals. BPC-157 is currently prohibited status, as with any S0. Keep up the great work!

Hi there.. thank you for the video.. ive also had a finger PIP joint injury around 7 years ago, where i hit my middle finger on a basketball.. but unfortunately, since then my finger PIP joint has become thickened and the swelling did never go away completely away.. i also do have some mild chronic instability at my joint.. but i do not have any pain and movement restrictions.. is it actually normal that finger joints can remain permanently thickened and swollen after a trauma?

I came here with the hope to learn more about the industry and practice as someone who is interested in further education towards a career in the field. I understand that the field is relatively less established to others, but this video really didn't give me much insight. Are there any videos/resources you would recommend to me? I have spoken with department heads at various schools so far

I was diagnosed w/TOS several years ago. Dr at the time suggested I have my first rib removed. I declined. Because I’ve left it untreated for so long I’m Now Finding it’s increasingly difficult to relieve the intense numbness and pain in my hands, palms & arms. Effects my sleep waking me 4-5 times a night because the numbness is so intense and my daily life. It’s hard to use your hands when they are so numb and hurt so bad from the numbness. It’s my entire hand on both sides, my palms. When I first wake up it’s REAL bad, I used to be able to move around & the symptoms would subside some. Now I just can’t get it to subside no matter what I do. I can’t use my hands normally after waking up and for a large part of the morning. Have to stop whatever I’m doing because I’m unable to hold, grab to do much due to the pain & numbness

feel free to use me as a case study, injured my neck severely 9 years ago in wrestling, years of PT, thousands of $ on massages and cannabis, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, etc. I was told about a scalenectomy 4 years ago by weili cornell but they acted as if it was some sketchy experimental surgery and didnt tell me about NTOS etc. well 4 years later i now have DDD in my c5-c7, and my nerve pain down right arm and into scapula has worsened in addition to redeveloping scoliosis. I had a recent emg and it was revealed i have compressed nerve in c6 and doctor was confident in NTOS and im getting chest MRI on 27th, this is worse than anything ive ever endured in a life of sports and I truly pray everyone suffering from this gets their healing in Jesus' name

As a radiographer, the images of the thoracic spine are not what anyone qualified would take. Look up thoracic spine in any text book or tutor video in the developed world and you will find that thoracic spine radiographs are not AP and lateral Chest. That is 3 times the radiation for less image contrast and resolution. The lateral thoracic spine is always done with a breathing technique. The swimmers view is poorly collimated as well as the lateral lumbar spine. You will normalise bad radiographic practice and high radiation doses by using extremely poor examples of what you are demonstrating. Here is my example of lowest possible dose thoracic spine technique. ruclips.net/video/KWf6rFOFlI4/видео.htmlsi=jxhTpOgP44WeE10S

This is a great academic lecture, and I listened to the whole lecture and learned many points. I need to state for all the fellows listening - Clinically, there is minimal need for ultrasound diagnosis in a real clinical practice in the diagnosis and treatment of mallet finger (boney of soft tissue). I work in a high volume ortho practice, and I see mallet fingers every month. I want to be sure that fellows understand the difference between academic practice and clinical practice. Reallistically, this should be an AMSSM lecture (fellows need to know more about the clinical presentation and treatment of mallet fingers) but I will say I really enjoyed the thought process and I appreciate the work and amazing ultrasound imaging in this lecture! I appreciate that you are out there advancing the field of ultrasound. Please don't take this as criticism to your work. You are doing things that I can not do, and that is in part why I listen to AMSSM podcasts. It is amazing, and I learned a lot - I'm just giving my feedback on a fellow lecture vs. an attending's perspective. Great lecture, I very much enjoyed it!
