Rethinking Genesis
Looking at an alternative view to the standard Genesis account. For further research on Covenant Creation I would highly recommend the below:

Tongue in cheek response to my awesome brother Shade Stone and his video below: ruclips.net/video/vEr45hHSJ-E/видео.html
Is Satan a real guy?

There are alternative views of satan/devil/demons that you may not have heard. I try and lay out the alternative view in this video. #satan #devil #demons #bible
The second coming - As a past event?

Might be considered a taboo subject but I would like to present to people some evidence of why some may take the view that Christ's second coming and be considered as past.
The Trinity Battle is over - But who won?

Time to call a halt to hostilities.
Unity of the Spirit - But you can't come to church!

Ever been thrown out of church? Watch this. To pastors out there, can we approach differing views with a bit more fruit of the spirit, bearing others with love and patience?
Love each other - But only if we agree on theology?

Just an opening video to explain how I want to move the community towards gentle and gracious relationships with one another even if you have major differences in theology/doctrine.
Of course I meant to say Abel was the first murder 👉victim👈, not the first murderer. Apologies!
Thank you. Lot of good sense there.
Glad you enjoyed it
Check out holy koolaid, aronra, Dr jay Smith.
Can you prove to me Satan is real the way Christian parents' tell their children that Santa Claus is real?
Right!
Zac, This gave me a great deal to ponder and study. Thank you. I appreciate you laying out the various scriptures and thinking on the topic. And encouraging us not to separate over it.
Thanks! Just putting it out there for consideration.
I agree with the conclusion. A lot of cases of the healings that Jesus does, the demon/spirit is tied to a very obvious condition that we have a medical term for today. I think anyone who can see the forest through the trees can pick up on this, however it's a doctrine that people just haven't really questioned deep enough or explored with a fine toothed comb like other mainstream doctrines that plague Christendom. 2 of the synoptics have more Hellenistic superstition, but again, using a fine tooth comb it should be apparent that there are no demons or wicked, astray spirits seeking to inhabit people. Have you read Robert Roberts 'Lecture 7' from "Christendom Astray"? It's on this very topic.
I will add to my reading list! I think the book that got me deep into this subject was The Very Devil by Harry Whittaker. It's free online below: god-so-loved-the-world.org/english/whittaker_the_very_devil.htm
Satan is real...but not a guy
Well, there are many adversaries in the bible, some of whom are real guys.....but my point in the video is that it's not one specific supernatural personal being who's name is satan.
@@zacleon386 No that is wrong. All people in the bible are real, for starters. And while anybody who is an enemy of God can be called a "Satan"- (adversary) there is one being, one fallen angel, Lucifer, who is THE chief Satan
@@RuggedCross1 Firstly, I showed clearly that even God himself and the angel of the Lord is a satan (adversary) in the bible. Here is God being satan: 2Sam 24:1 (ESV) Again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he incited David against them, saying, “Go, number Israel and Judah.” 1Chr 21:1 (ESV) Then Satan stood against Israel and incited David to number Israel. Here is the GOOD and faithful angel of the Lord being satan: Num 22:22 (ESV) But God's anger was kindled because he went, and the angel of the LORD took his stand in the way as his adversary (satan). Now he was riding on the donkey, and his two servants were with him. God and the angel of God are not enemies of God are they? Also, I think I proved pretty conclusively in the video that lucifer just means day star and the passage in Isaiah is talking of the king of Babylon. Isa 14:4 (ESV) you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon: “How the oppressor has ceased, the insolent fury ceased!
@@zacleon386 Christ rebuke you you devil for daring call God Satan. 2 Sam and 1 Chronicles are not referring to God they are referring to the fallen angel Lucifer. A SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL. And as for Isaiah you should bloody well know that many prophecies, including that one, often have a dual nature to them. Its not just about the king of Babylon its also Lucifer the fallen angel. Lucifer is also the serpent in the Garden. More in a moment I have to change computers
Wisdom is personified in scripture, why not evil characteristics? There is no biblical origin story for satan or demons. What we can find are folk tales which people have adopted instead of scripture. If we weigh up scripture and seek agreement within the word of God, then satan is the evil in man's heart.
Let me clarify something for you bud. Make no mistake about this fact. YOU are calling God a liar by making this claim. When in fact, you are. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled wasn't convincing the world God doesn't exist. It was convincing the world God is a liar. Right from the jump, what did the devil say to Eve?? Ye shall not surely die. Same exact thing YOU are doing. Question what God said then claim it is a lie. God tells you in His wordsssssss (not the word of God, but the preserved inherent inspired wordsssss) there is a real devil and that devil was one of His five Cheribum until lucifer decided he wanted to go against God.
Thanks for your comment. Lucifer is not a supernatural evil being, he's the king of Babylon. It's made very clear in the text as I pointed out in the video. Isa 14:4 (ESV) you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon: “How the oppressor has ceased, the insolent fury ceased! Jesus actually said we will not die, so I'm not sure what your issue if I point that out? John 11:26 (ESV) and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
i was so sad to see steve magua take his shot at stone today, they are coming for him, a stampede of pharisees coming to pounce, verses ready to abuse
Can you point me in the direction of Steve Magua's comments please Larry?
this is gold 😂
Wow! You got in?!! God is really really really merciful!! Since you're in the Kingdom...any way I can get you to send me a 'cheat sheet' for the exam?? Would you get in trouble for that?? Keep me posted, and put in a good word for me if you don't mind brother!
I can't give away anything more than I already have or time gets added to my community service. I'm going through your Revelation study series now though.....don't worry....you're on the right track!
haha 😂
@ YaY! PS - I find it strange that your background in heaven appears to be almost identical to the background you had in your home office...you know...before the 'motorcycle accident'. 🤣
We can be one in the unity of the spirit with Muslims? At that point (and im not being sacrastic) we should just throw the bible out
What is the spirit all about Randy? Gal 5:22-23 (YLT) And the fruit of the Spirit is: Love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law; If a Muslim displays such things can we not be in one spirit with them? Did you know that many Muslims regard Jesus a great teacher and even a prophet?
"To Speak Well of God" by John Pople is an amazing reference for Job. Discusses the various views of the "ha satan" character, and shows evidence towards the parable view of Job.
I'll add to my reading list, thanks!
Loved the video ❤
Thanks Randy, appreciate your feedback!
Thank You for helping us think about this more thoroughly Brother. Well done.
Thanks my man, and you keep up the great work on your channel!
A very interesting topic and one that perhaps needs addressing, though it seems so far gone at this point that I wonder if there is any hope of ever arriving at a unity of the Spirit today. As a partial preterist I hold to a view that the millennial reign of the Saints with Christ is past and that we are now in the time of Rev. 20:7-10, and that much of what we understand as "church" and/or "church" history" may stem from the deception that comes with the time of Satan's little season. If such be the case, there is no hope of coming to any consensus on the unity of the Spirit in mass but perhaps only momentary occurrences and/or sightings, between brothers and sisters traveling in the "Christian Wilderness". Division can be seen in the earliest of the Patristics and it only gets worse from there...How could that be, given Christ's High Priestly Prayer, ""And not in regard to these alone do I ask, but also in regard to those who shall be believing, through their word, in me; that they all may be one, as Thou Father art in me, and I in Thee; that they also in us may be one, that the world may believe that Thou didst send me. 'And I, the glory that thou hast given to me, have given to them, that they may be one as we are one; I in them, and Thou in me, that they may be perfected into one, and that the world may know that Thou didst send me, and didst love them as Thou didst love me'" (Joh 17:20-23 YLT).
Thanks for the comment Doug. My hope, and I believe the goal Jesus set, is for us to be one in the fruits of the spirit. To love each other as brethren regardless differences in theology. Must we agree on every point of doctrine to display the fruit of the spirit? Peace, graciousness, respect, joy.....bearing with one another? I think not. Spiritual unity can see past all the squabbles over doctrine and theology in my humble opinion.
Your doing an azing job here brother...i pray your words will penetrate the hardness of the hearts who are up in arms about this and bring them to the light
Yes I hope both sides can make peace and bear with one another in the spirit of unity that transcends doctrinal squabbles.
I dont need anyone to "consider" me a christian...I am ...I belong to Christ and no man or woman will tell me otherwise, if they try, i will simply bless their heart and make attempts to love them..making them EXTREMELY uncomfortable lol
If we all just agreed to disagree over this, they would find another reason to divide, another reason to condemn, another reason to be at each other's throats, those who disagree with what I'm saying...PROVE ME WRONG
Amen..."The Olive branch of peace"...sadly, most do not want peace..they WANT to have something to argue over and to LORD over someone with
Woah!! You live in Vietnam???? That's awesome!!!
I sense your exasperation with this question. I have mused on it over the years. My bottom line is 1 Cor. 13, the love chapter. Love trumps everything else. Doctrine is wrong because our human nature gets in the way. We are fallen creatures, and isn't THAT the core of the gospel - that is, the need for a Savior to save us from ourselves? A church is, among other things, a place in the physical world where we go to be able to mutually grow in grace and knowledge. If that isn't happening, then it's time to go somewhere else, or maybe no "place" at all. In fact, the church IS the body of Christ. Can we literally enter Christ's "body" on Earth? No. However, we CAN, and SHOULD, be "in Him" at all times. Anyway, thanks for taking your time to bring up what's on your heart. Rest assured that no matter what men do (including yourself), God has you in His embrace at all times. "Going to church", if it uplifts, is a blessing. If it does not, then we are STILL blessed beyond measure and our walk is in the Spirit, not the flesh.
Thank you my friend, yes the true body of Christ is a spiritual kingdom not seen or made with hands you are right.
Romans 16:17 (ESV) "17 I appeal to you, brothers, to watch out for those who CAUSE DIVISIONS and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; AVOID THEM." 2 Thessalonians 3:6 - The New International Version (NIV) "6 In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, WE COMMAND YOU, BROTHERS AND SISTERS, TO KEEP AWAY FROM EVERY BELIEVER WHO IS IDLE AND DISRUPTIVE and does not live according to the teaching you received from us." 2 Thessalonians 3:13-15 - The New International Version (NIV) "13 And as for you, brothers and sisters, never tire of doing what is good. 14 TAKE SPECIAL NOTE OF ANYONE WHO DOES NOT OBEY OUR INSTRUCTION IN THIS LETTER. DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THEM, in order THAT THEY MAY FEEL ASHAMED. 15 Yet do not regard them as an enemy, but warn them as you would a fellow believer." Titus 3:10-11 - New Living Translation (NLT) "10 If people are causing divisions among you, GIVE A FIRST AND SECOND WARNING. AFTER THAT, HAVE NOTHING MORE TO DO WITH THEM. 11 For people like that have turned away from the truth, and their own sins condemn them." 1 Timothy 5:20 "REPROVE before all onlookers those who practice sin, as a warning to the rest." John wrote: (2 John 10) "If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, NEVER RECEIVE HIM INTO YOUR HOMES OR SAY A GREETING TO HIM." Jude wrote: Jude 1:19 Weymouth New Testament "These are those who cause divisions. They are men of the world, wholly unspiritual." 1 Corinthians 5:9-13 (New American Standard Bible) "9 I wrote to you in my letter not to associate with sexually immoral people; 10 I did not at all mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the greedy and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to leave the world. 11 BUT ACTUALLY, I WROTE TO YOU NOT TO ASSOCIATE WITH ANY SO-CALLED BROTHER if he is a sexually immoral person, or a greedy person, or an idolater, or is verbally abusive, or habitually drunk, or a swindler-not even to eat with such a person. 12 For what business of mine is it to judge outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church? 13 But those who are outside, God judges. REMOVE THE EVIL PERSON FROM AMONG YOURSELVES." Hebrews 12:15-17 (NLT) "Look after each other so that none of you fails to receive the grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many. 16 Make sure that no one is immoral or godless like Esau, who traded his birthright as the firstborn son for a single meal. 17 You know that afterward, when he wanted his father’s blessing, he was rejected. It was too late for repentance, even though he begged with bitter tears." Notice some other words from Paul. 2 Corinthians 13:1-2 (ESV) "13 This is the third time I am coming to you. Every charge must be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. I WARNED THOSE WHO SINNED before and all the others, and I warn them now while absent, as I did when present on my second visit, that if I COME AGAIN I WILL NOT SPARE THEM -" 2 Corinthians 13:10 (New American Standard Bible) "For this reason I am writing these things while absent, so that when present I NEED NOT USE SEVERITY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AUTHORITY which the Lord gave me for building up and not for tearing down." 2 Corinthians 10:2 (Contemporary English Version) "Some people have said we act like the people of this world. So when I arrive, I EXPECT I WILL HAVE TO BE FIRM AND FORCEFUL in what I say to them. Please don't make me treat you that way." 1 Corinthians 4:21 (NET Bible) "What do you want? Shall I come to you with A ROD OF DISCIPLINE or with love and a spirit of gentleness?" What do you think Paul was speaking of when he brought up using severity, being firm and forceful, I will not SPARE them? He was speaking of disciplining and possibly expelling unrepentant ones from the 1st-century congregation. This could be for causing divisions or not repenting of sins.
24:41...amen...thats why I get up about 3 hours before work for personal study and prayer time, its the only time I have that I am alone with nothing going on around me and nothing to do...I NEED this time
22:19....brother Zac...you sir are in "bible college " right now, your instructor is the Holy Spirit and that is the best way to earn a degree in Christianity there is period
17:19....I will add one more reason it is challenging...PRIDE...the more we study and learn things we think we have a firm grasp on, the more satan uses the pride of self to move us into using what we "think" we know as "weapons" against each other and not the spiritual forces of darkness we are suppose to be combating
15:05...that seals it, wr are in this together, Ive said what you just said I dont even k ow how many times before, there are REAL people on the other end of these letters that form words on a screen...bravo
😮...14:34...ohh wow, man i love C.S. Lewis, the Chronicles of Narnia are AMAZING books and the Scewtape letters ...i couldnt even finish reading it was so real. ..I never heard that quote before tho that is good stuff
I read the Narnia series when I was a kid.......absolutely loved that adventure!
Very deep quote from brother Augustine
7:58....amen brother, I am a babe as well and tbh, since Jesus said we must become like little childre I always want to consider myself as such, not that I will EVER stop studying or learning, but I always want to remain humble and be slow to speak and quick to listen
You would love watching my great friend and brother @shadestone. Look him up if the link doesn't work. He commented on this video as well just click on him.
😅....5:11....yup lol, there it is!!!...me either brother, we are not meant to fit into "boxes" ...ive never met anyone I agree with on everything either
I like to reply in real time as im watching, so ill be giving time stamps to my comments brother...2:27..we are commanded to love each other AMEN ...COMMANDED...and we do not get to stipulate what live is or what it means...we are told very plainly what love is in 1 Corin. 13:4-8...if what we are doing or saying to ANYONE does not follow that outline of love...we are doing it wrong period
I think the bible writers made it pretty plain....do unto others as self. Would you like to be kicked out of church or labelled a heretic for a case of conflicting views? Not me.
@@zacleon386 Amen
You know why people dont like this message? They WANT to argue, they WANT to debate, they WANT to sit on some high horse telling someone how wrong they are and how right they are, and if they adopt a mind such as we are commanded to have they cant do that...Let me atop saying "they" and say "we" because i have been guily of this many times and I am with you I am repenting of this and want to sit with a representative of each and every denomination in the body of Christ and break bread in fellowship....
Amen I say to that and AMEN again! It's a daily challenge but there is a seed in our community that want to focus on this and we need to push forward with the message that yes, there will be differences on points of doctrine but NO let's not condemn each other and puff ourselves up because we think we know better than someone else. What if we are the one that is wrong? I must say that I am going to talk about our differences in points of doctrine and what I believe in coming videos, but only so that I can hopefully push others in the direction of understanding other points of view and to pause before hurling judgements on each other. We really need to drop the pride. It's all EGO. Blessings Bobby and I really appreciate your comment!
Great message Brother. I thoroughly enjoyed your presentation.
Thanks brother......and thank you for inspiring me to spread the message! 😁
