Crazy Torpedo Boat Ride at Ulot River in Paranas Samar

Ulot River is the longest river in Samar,Philippines that runs for 90 kms from San Jose de Buan to Can Avid Eastern Samar and discharges to Philippine Sea.Boat rental is 2500 pesos per boat which can accommodate 5 pax which will take you 1 hour downstream ride and another 1 and half hour upstream back to Paranas Samar base camp (the jump off point).Of course you dont have to ride the whole 90 kms but only a part of it. Paranas Samar is accessible via Tacloban City, Borongan City and Catarman Samar.
