U ever figure it out? I have same problem after spark plugs and boots were changed along with drivers side valve cover now I have code p0300 and sounds like this . Please let me know
Unplug your oxygen sensors switch and go for drive see if it goes away
I was fighting a rough idle for a long time on mine, found out the previous owner put the distributor off a tooth. It would have a slight miss at idle and when revd up it evend out a little but still missed. Corrected the distributor timing and now it runs like new! Do you have any other symptoms from your hesitation? Is it low on power, or does it surge ever?
What have you tried to fix already? Spark? Vacuum leaks? Distributor timing?
I unplugged my o2 sensors under the hood passenger side. Runs PERFECT idle and acceleration now
@@mattandkatchristie2552 ah ok 👍 you'll run rich but it'll get you down the road. 😎 I have headers on my 3.3l with no cats, so I spaced the rear o2 about an inch out of the stream. It still picks up the signal and stays around .3-.8v

Ive never replaced one gonna do my best lol.. found a good used crank gonna try just swapping
Just cause the bearing failed dosent mean u need a new crank...just split the case n tap out old bearing...heat the case and freeze the bearing..then it should slid right in the case...then heat a socket, put it in the center of the bearing to get it hot..freeze crank then crank should slid in bearing w eas. Hope this helps
