paper tray settings include both- type of paper and size of paper. you just showed us how to change it to heavy paper. "the paper size on the sharp machine automatically picks up so you don't have to adjust anything there." Oh, but I do. I do need to adjust something there.. How do I change the tray to print a heavy CUSTOM size product.

Hello, I have Ricoh SP 111 Laser printer. The printer is working with only one issue. It is connected thru USB with my Windows 10 Pro 64 bit ASUS Laptop. The printer prints PDFs, Word documents and Excel files seamlessly. But the same printer does not respond when trying to print even a simple JPG image. Why is it so? I tried uninstalling and re-installing the Driver downloaded from RICOH website, but it did not help. It is adamant that it will not print JPG or any images in BMP too. It prints all other documents like word document, pdf and excel sheets without any issue. The ONLY ISSUE IS IT DOES NOT PRINT JPG images. Why is it so? How can I make the printer print JPG images? For your information, Windows 10 updated with all the updates. No update is pending. Printer Driver is installed afresh with the latest Driver downloaded from Ricoh website for SP 111. How to rectify the jpg image not printing issue?

Hello, I like your channel. Please help me urgently. I use AR-5623 and I just refill the toner when I discovered its getting fade. After refilling, the printer is not making any sound or roll after powering it, and it doesn't display any error also. It won't just do anything or any booting up sound NB: This started happening after the toner change few minutes ago

Hi sir, How to change paper size 8.5x13? only 8.5x14 showing and other paper sizes, when I select 8.5x14 I can't make multiple copies, then I got an "exclamation warning"

I have noticed I don't get warning notifications on my MX-2651 any more, those in the top left, a blue background notification, for example for low toner or waste box warning. I noticed that after changing the icon pattern and layout, not sure if it's related. Basically, the status LED on the machine is red, the waste box is almost full, but there is no nitification on the machine about what is wrong, nothing in the Maintenance info either, or in the web interface. How can I get that notification back?

My sharp 6020 stop paper on synchronizing path from down tray but print out from bypass tray what may cause this please.secondly the same machine bypass tray that print out did not release it tray by itself unless I do before it print out.
