I went to Dumangas in the 80s. Kasagsagan ng mga kuwentong aswang. I don't know exactly what started it. Unlike the other town Duenas, Iloilo where there is history. That is a beautiful sea wall. Never had a chance to see its progress. The video showing high tide, probably after noon. I prefer the low tide, to see how far the water resided. I remember we got a lot of mud crab and clamps.
