This is so sad Its going on all over the United States I hope eventually some of these people can get clean. This drug fetanyl is destroying the United States. Their are so many people addicted to this drug and remember its stronger than morphine and heroin. And its coming through our southern border.its truly a sad story so many people are dying every day

When your life spirals out of control probably because of unemployment, homelessness mental health issues and /or addiction I would think it must be almost impossible to pick up the pieces and find the mental capacity and strength to get out of the situation if it was so easy, we wouldn’t see so many people across America in this situation but it’s not only in America poverty and addiction is all over the world.
