That would last me 2 days. I curb my appetite so I can control it, not have it control me. I actually go days with only one meal. You might not agree, but at 6'1" and 190 lbs, I have mastered my body. 3 meals a day is only a custom, not a necessity. I consider what I need based on my activity, not my wants. So anyway, this looks delicious. 😊 No breakfast or lunch today, but looking forward to dinner of poached fish and a small potato after chopping firewood today. Can I be honest? I'm over it with "protecting the black" politician.
