Are we become God to change God's command. I celebrate Sunday out of my love for Jesus and I acknowledge the Sabbath as God commands. Good teaching but confusion is of the evil one. The Sabbath Day does not change, even some animals observe it. The first day of the week is not commanded as a Sabbath but is a response of our love for Jesus. I just want to know what Hebrews 10 is about, if not the Sabbath sacrifice commanded in Numbers 28 4-11. Isnt the refusal to participate in Sabbath sacrifice the reason the Jewish leaders were persecuting new Christians who were former Jews? Did the apostles and new church continue Sabbath despite animal sacrifice? Arent the warnings at the end of Hebrews 10 speaking directly to this issue? Isn't "willful sinning" about those returning to temple sacrifice because they were under heavy persecution? All of unbelieving Israel continued sabbath sacrifice until Jerusalem was destroyed in 70ad Why can i find nary a pastor who even addreses this?

Man changed the day… actually it was Constantine in 321 AD! My friends, Christ rested on the sabbath in the grave… yes, HE rose on Sunday but nowhere in the NT does it say Christ directed anyone to change the day HIS father AND HE at the beginning held the 7th day as HIS day! We could say, we should observe Friday… because it was the day HE was crucified, after all that was an unbelievable day! The disciples met everyday and broke bread together. Breaking bread doesn’t mean it was a religious ceremony. It was their culture! Paul preached into the night (Sabbath) till Sunday morning.. because he was about to leave on a journey! The women who went to prepare Christs body WAITED until the sabbath was over! Don’t u think if Christ had disregarded observing the Sabbath they wouldn’t have cared…. We gentiles were never under the covenant of Israel. Tell me just one scripture in the New testament where the gentiles observed the Sabbath day on Saturday. Paul meets with them and breaks bread on Sunday. Collection for the saints was on Sunday. We collect in the churches on Sunday.

He said "The commandment is one in seven." This is a blatant lie because the commandment says the seventh day is the Sabbath.....On the seventh Day God rested from all his work which had been finished, therefore God Blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it. Seventh day, not one in seven.

The Sabbath was never instituted until it was given to Moses for the children of Israel - to keep as a sign between them and God . The Lord sacrificed it unto himself after completing all His creative work. We as Christians are NOT tied to or commanded to keep the Sabbath Day but we are commanded to NOT forsake the assembling of ourselves together. There is a big flaw in his logic, and that is his understanding of the lifestyle laws and the covenant. To him they are all one and the same, and he’s a dispensationalist. Dispensationalism flies in the face of Malachi 3:6 “For I am the Lord, I change not.” Working to earn salvation is a distinctly pagan idea, but dispensationalism would try to make you believe that God used pagan Merida of salvation in the Old Testament and then switched tactics in the New Testament. It also forgets that in the new covenant promised to write those same laws, unchanged and unadulterated, on the heart. It’s silly to think that the command of a God who does not change would suddenly change once it is written in the heart.

We are living NOW in both the tribulation and the kingdom. Read John 1:1. The millenniums is the church age where Christ reigns in our hearts. The first resurrection is when we first died to our old self, was buried and resurrected with Christ, over which the second death will have no power. The next thing to happen is the return of Christ to raise the dead, destroy evil, renew all things, and reign in his eternal kingdom where time will no longer exist. New Jerusalem is the Church, the body of believers, the bride, who will reign with Christ. The church is a body of Jews and Gentiles… one body, not two. It is Christ’s earthly kingdoms, which will be fully manifested in eternity. The church is the fulfillment of the Abrahamic covenant. Believers are the offspring of Abraham. We are the children of the promise. One plan. Not two.

Baucham is a warped and twisted false teach of Deforemed 5-Point Calvinism. Through my research I have found that almost "ALL" Churches that are not Reformed /Calvinists follow the "Westminster Confession of Faith" which has the same heresy the Calvinists do. Most Christians serve a God that cant make up his mind ...case in point they say their God told Noah he could eat all foods in Gen. 9:3 .......So going off this thinking lets see . God made a distinction between Clean/Unclean animals going into the Ark Gen 7:2...but then changed His mind and in . Gen 9:3 said Noah can eat all things , .then changed his mind again in Lev 11 . Where in the Bible does Jesus say the Holy seventh day Sabbath is to be changed to the 1st day of the week ? The day all pagans hold as Holy . I haven’t found it yet .

They need to read Mathew 24:20 where Jesus actually lets you know that the sabbath will be observed in the future after his sacrifice and death .

The only day that has a name given by the Elohim of Israel, YHWH, in creation, is Shabbath, and YHWH himself in his fourth commandment tells us "Remember the day Shabbath to sanctify it." The Almighty does not say remember the first day....and furthermore, it is clear in the original Greek that Jesus Christ did not rise on the first day, since it clearly says σαββάτων = Shabbath (translated as Saturday which is also wrong because Saturday corresponds to the Roman Gregorian calendar and Shabbat corresponds to the biblical Hebrew calendar and begins with the fall of the sun on Friday until sunset on Saturday, and the first day of the week begins at sunset on Saturday, which means that in no way could Jesus Christ have been resurrected on the first day neither in the current nor in the biblical calendar and in the same way that the word first day of the week is used in that verse in a deliberate way and to make the human race lose, it has been used also wrong in other verses where it also says Shabbath, as is the case in Acts 20:7 and John 20:19. We must do our own constant searching in the clarification of the scriptures because the enemy has put his hand in everything. I recommend that you visit logosklogos dot com to read the Interlinear Bible word by word and many will be surprised to see the number of verses that have been changed to manipulate the creation of the Elohim of Israel.

Sabbath is a day when people can worship God the Creator. However, Sabbath has become irrelevant when Jesus come. Jesus is the Sabbath and he had come to make Sabbath a real worship day. In Jesus, Sabbath is an everyday worship!

I still think the Sabbath is on a SATURDAY....the 7th day. We don't get to change that for something we think is better. We become like Cain when we do this. The 7th day is the command. We are to remember the Sabbath inside our homes on the 7th day. We are to spend time letting the Lord take center stage of our focus. Sunday, or the first day, is good a day for meeting with believers outside the home in the church building. With the concert hall and theatre that many places of worship have become, going to church IS WORK for many of the people involved who are trying to put on a good production.

We are obligated to keep the Sabbath. The Sabbath is Christ. If you don't keep Christ you never keep Sabbath. If you rest one day a week of seven, you have never entered sabbath, not the true sabbath. For those who fail to enter Christ never have Sabbath rest forever.
