They never showed the head operating after being treated with complete disregard for the fragile internal parts. That head would be dead after that treatment. It is never that simple! What makes DTF using a Printer designed for printing a completely different inkset, is the heads will fail periodically. You have to work this into your pricing. To be successful you must have the ability to service the printer yourself as head changes are going to be part of your life.
This is the routine flushing of the clogged ink inside the DTF print head, and will not damage the internal structure. The reason why we show this operation is because customers often don't have time to maintain the print head, so we need this operation. 1. If the printer does not work for a long time, the ink inside the print head will dry 2. This operation can effectively clean the ink inside and clear the nozzle holes 3. Our future printers will update the automatic moisturizing print head If the print head is flushed, there are a few reasons why the print head does not work: 1. Whether the liquid flows into the socket when flushing, which will cause the print head to be burned when the power is turned on, or even the board card. If the liquid flows into the socket, please dry the print head with a hair dryer and then connect the printer. 2. Whether there is a waterproof tape after the nozzle cable is connected to the nozzle. This is the most effective way to prevent ink from entering the cable plug during printing and causing the print head to burn out.😁
